sold me product that doesn't work and won't replace or refund do not buy from these people scams

I bought door sills for two vehicles. Got the product, they are just generic sizes. Did not magnetically stick to the car and the sizes were either way to big or way to small. Even if they would of magentically stayed I still couldnt of used them. According to their website they will take a return and give you a shipping label. They refuse to give a shipping label forcing you to ship to China to return the product. I cut my losses and threw them in the trash after countless emails to resolve the issue that went unresolved. I knew I would never get my refund if I sent them to China and didnt want to take an additional financial loss.

Terrible products. Ordered a light up Toyota Emblem for my truck and put it on and it fell apart into pieces within 30 days. I shared a picture with the company just to show them what happened and they replied with no refund no replacement. Well I never asked for one you geniuses. Buyer Beware dont buy from them

I ORDERED DOOR SILLS ON DECEMBER 21, 2025, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. AND MAGICALLY THEY DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER!

Absolutely worst customer service on the planet.
I tried to cancel my order 5 days before ship date.
23 requests and no response. I am now trying to return the merchandise and so far 2 requests and no response. I will request a return each and every day with no expectation of any response. I will never do business with this company again. Even if they offered free merchandise, I would refuse.

Sandra is the rep I am constantly communicating with when I reach out to Car Door Sills customer service department via email. I am starting to believe that I am communicating with a bot. I ordered a package on August 5, 2025 and still haven’t received my order. The tracking provided is terrible. I ordered RGB cup holders for my car. I wish I would have never ordered from them. I believe this company is a scam. When I asked for the order to be canceled and to receive a refund Sandra basically denied my request. Please do not purchase from this company you will be wasting your money and time.

Don’t waste your money! Bad materials, cheaply made, definitely not worth your money. I threw them in the garbage. Buyer beware!

I would give them a negative if I could! I ordered two sets of cup holders. Toyota and Jeep. Jeep came with one Jeep and a gmc! I sent a pic and about a month later received a second Toyota set that won’t charge! Dozens of attempts through emails with nothing but pushback and repeated responses! Do NOT order through this company! Horrible!

Do not order! Website is a SCAM! Been waiting 6 months and only get the same automated emails from "premier trust store." It's a bunch of bs and both of these companies are scammers. Getting my money back through my bank.

They don’t deserve any stars. Didn’t receive shipping info til i complained three weeks after ordering them after about a week the shipping info disappeared so i emailed again and they sent me the exact same message as before. Never received my order. Thanks for taking my hard earned money.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. I’ve been waiting and tracking and waiting and tracking some more. This is ridiculous.

Do not waste your money! I have been waiting on my order for 8 weeks. If you contact them they do not respond for at least a week. They will not cancel and refund my money. Do not order from this site!!

The door sills don’t even fit. Got these as a Christmas gift for my daughter and they don’t fit. Total waste of money.

Ordered from this company over 9 weeks ago. The tracking is generic, my package hasn't moved since December 24, and the customer service is a joke. I'm just happy I paid through PayPal so at least my credit card is protected from this scam site.

I have not received my 2 orders...is there a phone number..I can't seem to find it...

Piece of junk. Does not work.so disappointed

THIEVES DONT BUY FROM THEM. Didn't fit my ram then wanted me to pay to ship back to China even though there return policy states they'll provide a shipping label. Also they look used tons of scratches. Had to do a paypal dispute to get my money back and paypal says there investigating them due to high amounts of disputes.

Do not order from this company I made a mistake on my order and immediately requested they refund and they ignored the request, processed it anyway, shipped it and then responded that because it was processed already, they could not refund.
