Smooth and Fast – Worked Exactly as Expected

I had a very smooth experience with Cardstorm.

The payment process using USDT (TRC20) was straightforward, and even though I made a small mistake by sending a slightly higher amount than required, their support team handled it professionally and quickly.

I contacted support, and the response time was impressive. They confirmed my payment and guided me properly without unnecessary delays.

I received my Swype virtual card shortly after, and it worked perfectly — I was able to use it immediately (even for services like Netflix) without any issues.

Overall, the service was fast, reliable, and user-friendly. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend it.

I made the ultimate mistake of sending too little funds for a product in a different currency.

I had purchased a product that required $111 USD and
payed $111 AUD

I contacted there service via email and was asked if I would like to pay the extra or have a refund.

I asked for a refund and it was given in full with no fees for the USDT tron gas.

I can not recommend these people more so few people who deal with crypto can be trusted and I was in the wrong here and still they stood for honor and respect.

Good service for buying gift cards for crypto, very convinient

I purchased two Steam gift cards using crypto. After completing the transaction, I received an email saying that “something went wrong.” There was no indication on the website that the items were out of stock, which meant I paid before finding out they weren’t available.

Although the site claims to offer 24/7 support, it took several days before I got a response. When I finally did, I was told the cards were out of stock and could either choose a different option or wait a day. I waited, but didn’t hear back again.

After requesting a refund, I was told it would take seven days to process — which was frustrating, considering crypto transactions are instant and the delay wasn’t my fault. Communication then stopped completely for a while, which made the experience stressful and unprofessional.

To their credit, I eventually did receive the gift cards I paid for. However, the lack of transparency about stock availability and the poor communication made the process very frustrating. I hope the company improves its customer experience and support responsiveness going forward.

Service here honestly very Poor. I think one of the worst I have seen so far. Very inconsiderate, no direct communication channel, uses a 3rd party messenger which often if not all becomes a Red flag. To finalize it, the payment made has not been refunded. Its clearly a Scam(unfortunately). My payment was done via crypto.

Update: I see they had replied on the review here and asked that i mail them but guess what, they havent replied the email i sent and the issue not resolved. Clear red flags.

Only need 1 hour for the Steam code to arrive.

My first order experience was bad. After the payment I received an email without the gift code I purchased. Just "Code:" where the code is empty. Sent a message to support. Only after 5 days support sent me the code.
But later I ordered again and received codes in 12 hours.

The process was straightforward and fast. I bought an Apple gift card using Ethereum, and within a few minutes, I received the code. I was concerned it might take a while, but Cardstorm.io was super quick. The code worked perfectly when I added it to my account. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking to convert crypto to gift cards.
