The process with Card Trader is very intuitive and smooth
The process with Card Trader is very smooth as a buyer. Had in 3 years only minnor issues and one was my fault, the solution of the problem came in 24 hours without hesitation.
For me is highly comforting to buy cards in the span of 5-6 months and to receive just one pack with all the cards at my doorstep in 4-5 days.
Rarely I recommend sites with such confidence.

Lack of accountability and horrible customer service
This is my second time with this service and my expectations were quite good.
Have to say that the shipping costed around 19€
I took the UPS package in mint condition, but when got to open that box, I found the Cardtrader Zero box unsealed, opened and twisted. As a result of that, almost half of my cards suffered some kind of damaged. One 0,15€ card was missing.
Once I tried to report the issues I found a generic type of ticket for the order and another one for concrete issues. None of them were covering explicitly a problem like mine, so I filled out the concrete form for the 0,15€ card, and the generic one associated to the order for the main issue.
The surprise has been that once the resolved the little problem giving me back the 15 cents the concrete menu was locked, and then they answered to the other ticket that I eventually should use that locked menu.
Tried to answer explaining the issue in the automatic email, as there is no room for any type conversation (neither picture sharing) in their website and after 10 days I can confirm that I had no answer. Now I've tried to submit another generic ticket, but anyway it looks like that Cardtrader has no interest on resolving this.
After some days without any clarity:
1. Asked PayPal to give the shipping money back.
2. Immediately , after almost a month ignoring my petitions they asked me to send pictures (that already had sent to PayPal). It wasn't clear how to do it and I did It through the notifications email of CardTrader.
3. After one more week I got a PayPal email saying that CT agreed on refunding the shipping.
4. Then I tried to log in to see what they say, and "surprise!" It seems that they have suspended my account even having some cards paid in their facilities and a little bit of credit.
I don't know how to call this, but It is a shame from my point of view.

As a buyer probably great. As a seller in the CT Zero scheme (which is a fantastic idea by the way) absolutely awful. Customer service is barely existent and that is not acceptable in a format like this. It makes it impossible to build up a business, I was hoping to expand what I do on Card Market to Card Trader but after not being able to ship one card and informing customer service asap, and continuing to inform them what was happening, I got referred to my allocated agent who wasn't responding so try the main email and still no response, then they keep sending set messages asking for the card you can't ship and then putting your account into suspension all because they ignore what they tell you. What a shame. Customer service way too slow. It will harm the selling experience a d the sellers potential customers. Will stick to card market thanks.

Made a wrong order (a lot of cards in a language I yet do not master) and emailed them what to do. Two days later all the purchased incorrect cards were deleted from my purchase and the amount was transferred to my wallet. Really helpful customer service!

Hidden Fees, Cant cancel
Their card trader zero thing seems brilliant, but there's an undisclosed fee for shipping it to your own home. which is not in the "here's how much the cards would be" - I would have NOT ordered if I saw this
After I placed my order, I also learned that this preferred system cannot accept any cancellations or modifications. So now I'm just stuck. I either have to pay their ridiculous extra fee or just lose the money and the cards :)
I feel misled and the service misrepresented. Bought 42 worth of cards and have to pay 22 to even get them.
