Very happy with the quality of the photos. Friendly & helpful customer service.

They took wonderful school photos of my children a few years ago, really showing their character. I lost the download links to them recently and got in touch on the off chance they would have them in the archive. They replied really quickly and shared new links for them all, free of charge. Super helpful.

I have children in totally separate schools and unfortunately both schools use this company. Every image I have received is either blurry or looks like the child is sad. why would you want to purchase those type of images to share with family etc not very professional

I use this company for photos at my secondary school and honestly cant fault them. Excellent customer service, Aviv is quick to respond to emails and calls and cant do enough to help. Fantastic quality photos which our parents are consistently very happy with. Great affordable price. Will not ever use another company now as very very happy with this one.

Amazing service
Contacted them to ask about delivery as just received my online review and I emailed enquiring as we are going away. They responded same day and were really helpful and found a solution fast managed to order and then I was lucky with timing, they were able to post the we day.

We ordered the images even though they’re very expensive, and they have arrived lovely.. however I called to ask why I didn’t have access to them online without the watermark and they said it would be an extra £20. Absolute robbery. Won’t be ordering again!

The photos are ok, the price for all packages is too high.
I was expecting to get a better quality frames in this price.
The photos not even been separately, I should cut it by myself? Same for keyrings.
With that 60 pounds package I get 4 downloads and a few prints?
I got a professional dsrl photo camera, i could do the same job .
Very disappointed.

I would interested to know if any of their "photographers" are parents and would be happy to receive proofs of their child clearly stressed out and in tears. For the kings ransom you charge for these, I'd expect much better than the shocking photos I received today!

Was really looking forward to getting my sons year 3 pictures. That optimism didn't last for long all pictures were shocking , taking photos of children pulling faces and then sending these out to parents, very unprofessional, stay clear of this company.

If I could give this company zero stars I would, 7 weeks to get my photos, awful customer service and vastly overpriced!

Very poor customer service! Sending me today 4 small photos but I’m ordered 1 big portret photo! Don’t want to resend me correct one! Also I was wait for my photos 2 weeks and they said they didn’t got my order- I must send them screenshots of my bank! Also I needed to pay for postage - but normally it comes for free to school!also to use website is very difficult always almost to all parents- they sending to school barcodes and we waiting 5 days to scan to get photos and often not opening! So big problems always and they not resolve any issues!! They must leave schools really! Charging too much for 2 photos 25£ and sending not correct once!

Both children had school photos taken by Cardwell and Simon, and they are quite simply terrible. The shine coming off of both of the children is brighter than anything in the photo, and it looks like a someone has taken the photo on a tablet. Quite sad that we won't be able to purchase these, as they are just awful. Reading other reviews it sounds like the quality of the printing and physical photos is of sub par quality too. Shame as we have bought every embarrassing/not well posed photo even when child is eye rolling 'to see if they can have white eyes for the photo' but these we just can't, due to the quality of the image, before its even printed that prevents a purchase. Would not recommend.

Very poor quality image, a line down one side which they refuse to accept as an issue, the border around the photo wasn't even straight and looks awful in the frame they provided, they offered a refund in return for the photos but as it's the last year I wanted to keep a photo of our child, they won't even offer a reduced price as the image is the one we get and that's it! Even the group photos were a cheap one this year, just the individual photos of everyone stuck on a sheet - not the class together which would have been so much nicer!

My daughter had photos taken from school through cardwell and simons and the pictures were absolutely terrible. Sorry to say the honest truth. Didn't purchase any of them which was sad. I would not recommend them.

Long story short, I ordered prints of my daughter from her school and totally cocked the order up (I selected a previous year’s sitting instead of the latest one). After a quick chat on the phone, they amended it and the correct pictures came through. Big thanks to you all.

I order a school photo from them and the photo didn't come correctly.. It was a 7"x5" but the photo didn't cutted a the size it should be. (It came with a black thick line on the right and bottom of the picture. Not happy at all for the price I paid..

Very poor positioning! My daughter got her picture taken at school... First picture ... Reception year... We were very excited but a massive let down followed after we received the envelope at home for the order.
She is 4... And her picture was taken in a very weird position. If you are professional as you claim to be... Talk a bit with the kid to explain a bit. I am sure a second attempt would have made it worth.
