CONSUMER BEWARE !!! DON'T BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS!!! The owner is not trustworthy or transparent!!! I called his company because I was interested in switching credit card processing companies. He did not make it known to me that he was the owner until I asked to speak to his manager because he was giving me the runaround. When he provided me with the terms and conditions, it stated that there was a minimum of a 3-year term and a hefty charge if I terminated before that 3-year term ended. He insisted that it was the bank's terms and conditions but not that of his company. He stated that there are no penalties for early termination and no term. I told him to put that in writing, but he refused. That's when he told me I'd be better suited with a different company. At that point, I let him know that I got the feeling that educated customers who asked a lot of questions were his worst nightmare because he can't dupe them! Obviously, he didn't like that. He lost a valuable customer! For a company that's only been in operation 2 years, that's NOT GOOD! (By his voice, he sounds young, and it appears that there is only one other employee in his "company." *CONSUMER BEWARE * FOOTNOTE: This company's below response is full of lies, just like the ones the owner will give you if you call him!!! DON'T BE DUPED!!!

Rita told us she found us on www.cardpaymentoptions.com. In the 2nd paragraph reviewing our company they state the fact that Joshua Benedetti is the CEO. Guess she never read the review or is stating more false statements.
Rita is the owner of The Neighborhood Mailbox in Wilmington, DE. Her business is a 2 star company spreading false statements and libel.
We address every question and concern she had. We represent multiple acquirers and processors. She told use she did not like the verbiage of our terms and conditions and the contract from our processor. She demanded we edit or alter the verbiage of our processor's contract, which is another company. We put everything in writing, include screenshots of the contract and highlighted the fact the 3 year contact only applied to Maryland. We can't change contracts from other companies and refused. Merchant Service providers are like insurance brokers, we use the contacts of the business your account is placed. She then called to speak to Joshua Benedetti’s manager and when we could not cause trouble for him, she threatened and started to harass our company online. She has called us and emailed us repeatedly threatening to cause damage to our reputation and business.
We declined to do business with her because of her attitude and threats. We have blocked her repeated emails and calls threatening us, so she has now moved online. She is a very vengeful and vindictive person spreading hate and negativity. Click on her name and see how she treats other people and business. Trustpilot should not promote such behavior.

Their interface is easy to navigate, and the pricing structure is the best for our large ticket sales. After looking at other credit card merchant services, we found that the Card Z3N to be far better for us than any other. Joshua and the team help us through every step of the set up and followed up to make sure everything was operating to our satisfaction.

The commercial offering of Card Z3N is very competitive when compared to other processing services.
