Nourish care planning is just awful to use .Its difficult to find information quickly ,its not ituitive at all .They keep changing it which just makes things harder .I wish we still had pcs .

Leanne at CarePlanner has been our account manager for many years now, twice.
Our main communication is email, as I find Leanne very quick and efficient with her emails.
Leanne always gets a solution for us, the help we always ask for, we get.
Wouldn't want a different account manager at present, Leanne is fantastic, a credit to CarePlanner.

Professional, reliable team
We have been using care-planner for over 5 years, the system is easy to use and intuitive, everyone is very helpful and professional, easy to contact for support, always polite and helpful, calls are answered quickly and issues are resolved within minutes.
Thank you all for all of your hard work in the transition we've been through, providing answers to our questions and queries, and continuing to be there for us when we need it.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, if I have a query or problem that I can't resolve they are always very quick to answer my calls and resolve the problem. This is the best system we have used and would definitely recommend them.
I had a query regarding mileage not showing on the carers wage slips this was resolved in a few minutes.

My experience with the care planner… impeccable
My experience with the care planner Team, was pleasant and helpful.I spoke to a gentleman earlier, I can’t remember his name and he was very helpful and when I couldn’t get back into the system the same day,I called again and spoke to David and he was Exceptionally helpful and with his support ,he made it he made it easy to navigate the system with his assistance. I do appreciate the customer service as it’s impeccable. Thank you David and the team.

Sometimes things happen for a reason
After a cyber attack on our staff roster system provider we were without a staff rota system for over 2 months and with dates of service reinstatement continuing to slip backwards we took the brave decision to change service provider.
We hadn't been happy with the incumbent system for quite some time with frequent glitches and the cost of its various 'licences' were eye watering!
Careplanner was eventually chosen as it's a complete package with no need for seperate costly licences, straightforward and an easy conversion for staff from the previous system.
We have been very happy with our decision so far, Katie, our Account Manager has been very hands on with getting us set up and running. The enthusiasm for the system that she has is infectious and all of our staff are very happy using the system.
