Very good and helpful

Finally got my sofa delivered today
Only 4 wks late and 3 was after the riser recliner chair. The delivery guys had trouble getting the first half into house scraping it along the way and not realising until I told them it came apart. So got it in. Not attached properly. And both sides don't match. Sits with pattern stitching NOT in line. Worst experience I've had from any company. Paid over £2500 for a sofa that is not worth the space that it takes up. They need to spend less on advertising and more on Quality and Service. Look forward to a reply

Phoned them up spoke to them all about the motability scooter. Luke advised me, I said I would call back later in the day, he put the order in the system. I phoned up later Luke had finished so spoke to George he found me in the system he said he would let Luke know in the morning, called back spoke to Luke he said he could see my call. I confirmed my order and said I should receive the scooter by Friday. Got a message from Care Co the following morning it was being delivered that day. Thank you to Luke for all your help it is so much appreciated.

Jo was extremely helpful demonstrating and explaining everything I needed to know when I was choosing a mobility scooter.

Excellant product Ahmed & Keith delivered and put chair together and explained how chair worked outstanding what a great pair.

Customer care could be more helpful as it delivered while we where on holiday without call.

Some of my friends have been telling me of the incredible humanitarian work UCF have been doing around the globe. During my two weeks holiday, I decided to apply and was invited to visit one of their latest projects in Sanliurfa, Turkey, which looks after displaced Syrian refugees. The idea was to see things for myself. I must admit it was indeed a heartwarming experience to see how Syrian refugees displaced due to the ongoing war in Syria were being looked after. The disabled children in particular and their struggling families were adequately being supported through physiotherapy, educational, medical and psychological support. The beautiful part is that UCF is open to accepting applications from young people like me who would like to experience firsthand what it truly means to be compassionate and caring. DONORS PLEASE ENCOURAGE UCF's GENEROUSLY WITH YOUR FUNDINGS. UCF DESERVES EVERY DONATION MADE TO DUE TO ITS SHREWD POLICY OF FLAWLESS ACCOUNTABILITY AND PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION.

Wrote a review earlier ,regarding not being able to get through to the telephone number given .a very nice lady Bonnie contacted me with her concerns that I was unable to get through and reassured me that this was not a normal occurrence and that she would be reporting the issue she confirmed my delivery was very assuringI now feel very assured that this was a genuine mishap not created by the company very impressed with their quick response big thank you to Bonnie has she was able to reassure me .

Excellent friendly service and advice from Angela regarding my Mothers chair, will certainly deal with the company again.

Our Chair was delivered today by Andy (1258551) who was very helpful, very polite and gave a clear concise explanation of the controls to my mother and checked that she was happy with the information.
All packaging was taken away.

Had our two rise and recliner chairs delivered today by Ahmed and Dan just perfect could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Our whole experience with CARECO has been 100% positive from the staff in showroom (Ipswich) who gave us a 6 week delivery time arrived on time. The office support who kept in contact about delivery. I will recommend this company to anyone.

Collection of electric chair.
I was kept up to date on time of collection..within 4 hour slot...and rung 20 minutes before the chair was collected.
Staff polite, respectful and informative. Overall a very good service.

How many chances do you give a company to sort out my mums wheelchair? We had a lovely engineer arrive without the correct parts because their departments dont talk to one another.
I phoned to complain about this and was told I would get a call back to tell me when anyone would return to finally fix it, but no call and we still have a broken wheelchair. Since we purchased it in March my mother has only used it a couple of times, it is far too long to wait for it to be fixed.

Andy and Connor were very friendly and professional and quick at setting up the mobilty chair . Andy was very good at exsplaining the instructions and Connor was great a removing the rubbish with no fuss . Worth paying the extra for after care service .

Took delivery of my mobility scooter today from Dan the engineer. the scooter was delivered on time and Dan explained how to operate it in an easy to understand way . He furnished us with all the details and allowed for questions we had .Dan also explained and fitted the alarm system for us. Very impressed with the service from Careco so far and with Dan . Will certainly recommend the company to others.

I had a delay problem with delivery in the first instance but when this was resolved I was given a discount on my bill which was dealt with very promptly.
