The staff here have been so accommodating and helpful during the whole process! Me and my partner were looking frantically for a place to move in quickly and we found a really nice flat. The viewing was booked very fast, the move in process even faster. Both Rashid and Demi listened to us and accommodated everything we needed! Super friendly as well.

Very helpful staff. I needed some information regarding stamp duty and landlord responsibilities and they provided a very detailed response and guided me in making the right decision.

This Care4Properties are joke and will scam you get you to pay advance money which u will never get it back, they will make sure u never get successful application so they can steal ur hard earned money, in my experience they rope my advance money and refused to pay me back my money and they were up to fight with me the 3 Pakistani brothers very strange people and punch of thieves. That's how they make their fraudulent money.
Please stay away from them in all cost and never pay any money in advance and please anyone who had same experience like me please report them to fraud police so they don't cheat other people.

DON’T USE FOR LETTINGS - CHECKS NOT CARRIED OUT

I’ve recently purchased a property via care4 which they had managed as a letting property through a previous owner. Upon purchasing I’ve complained about 20 bin bags of old goods being left in my loft. They have obviously not checked that the tenants removed everything from the property on behalf of the last owner/landlord and this I why I would not use them and advise others to avoid doing so.

Their poor checks have resulted in £££ expense and time on my part. I appreciate these things can happen and offered for them to resolve for me and not receive this review. I’ve not heard from them.

You might want to grab a snack because there is a few things to unpack
The lack of honesty you call you grt told wait for a call tomorrow nobody calls. You call and speak to someone different the next day and they tell you something different.foe the job to be done you need to keep poking them. The lack of empathy like I was clear when we applied for the property. We want something long term and we have commitments. Now I speak to one of the team asking renewal of contract as demi said upon taking the 6months one and they tell me email this perosn or we will speak to this person or a week later they will say oh no the landlord wont do that, the waitst of time is horrible along with now i have to be living under the unknown despite coming up exams. Finally, not sticking to their word as put us as a family in a difficult situation for instance, Demi @care4properties helped us to view the property. It was unhabitable and she said that will be done during referencing days but we were given keys to a property with nothing done, it was worse in fact with mud in the kitchen.
3 weeks in dump started, our neighbour confirmed it has happened before, asking the agency they denied that.
It took them 5months to fix the dump with more than 10times of people coming to have a look and leave. Pav came to do measurements when we requested curtains, he said oh no, don't worry, we will do it for you since you have struggled with dump, he did measurements, sent onother person to do the same so that 5 months later we will be told no we don't do that after many calls with them. I have never been more disappointed by a group of people like that. I wish I had chosen a different agrlency. If anything changed I'll edit otherwise no thanks in the future.

Before you give care properties as a previous landlord reference go first to their office and ask them if they can give you a previous landlord reference because l was embarrassed by them they said that they don't know me and the letting agent l was looking to rent thought l was lying about being a tenant there. I then decided to go to their offices at 188a Roundhay Road Leeds and they agreed to give me a previous landlord reference they said they couldn't find my name because l left 3 years ago but 3 years is not that long ago and they should keep a record of all their tenants since the beginning of the business in 2010.Why is it that Umar Sadiq left c4p he was a nice man because l had given umar sadiq as my reference and care properties were not responding to my emails coz Zubair Ali Said that l have never been a tenant there l tried to email umar sadiq with no response so when l went to their office l asked for umar sadiqs number or Hira Umars number and they said that hira and umar left c4p. Umar is now working at together housing l saw on LinkedIn. If you go to care properties to look for umar sadiq you will be disappointed because he left c4p and he is working at together housing now. And Asif is not agreeing to see anyone. I remember someone saying that management of care properties has changed now l understand what he meant coz Asif is not seeing anybody now.
