I am completely devastated. Care Agency Media Ltd has disappeared with my money. I paid a large amount, but the job was never completed. The company has now closed down, and I don’t know what to do.
I called the number Care Agency Media previously contacted me from and was told that I may not get my money back. I was also informed that the company officially closed on 14 January, yet they still asked me to make my final payment on 10 January which I did. My solicitor will take this up with then.
If anyone has any idea how to finish this project and submit it, I would really appreciate This situation has completely destroyed my motivation.

This care media company, owes me thousands of pounds, than ceased trading 14 November 2025. This is a trend for them after every couple of years, they dissolved the company and run with people's money. They have opened two new companies called Care daily Ltd opened on the 12 November 2025 and The careplateform Ltd opened on 21 October 2025 under the same owner.

f you are confident that you want to receive a NOTICE OF DECISION: REFUSAL from CQC, then yes — using Care Agency non-substantive service will guarantee it.
CQC inspections require:
• Person-centred evidence,
• Real policies reflecting your service,
• Demonstration of governance,
• Localised risk assessment,
• Quality assurance processes,
• Registered manager competence,
• Fit & proper person evidence,
• Safeguarding structure,
• Duty of candour systems,
• Staffing, recruitment, and training evidence,
• Operational readiness, and
• Provider-specific compliance mapping.
After Care agency Media assisted me with submitting a CQC application, I am £2500 poorer and have received a NOTICE OF DECISION: REFUSAL. All policies submitted have been commented on as inconsistent and incompatible. This company sells “instant registration packs” that do not meet CQC requirements — and CQC has repeatedly stated that using these services puts providers at very high risk of regulatory failure.

IF YOU WANT A REFUSAL FROM CQC — use them.
If you want to register with CQC - DON'T.
Please learn from my error and take your money elsewhere.

I will tell anyone who wants to use this company to run. I paid over 10k to set up and even complained to Muzi that I wasn’t getting the right support needed. He extended to extra 6 months and in that 6 months the person I was liaising with “Scott” did not seem to be so informed.

My CQC preparation failed because the person that the use to train us told me not to go through the business plan because I should avoid the question with them. I mean guess what came out at the interview.

Let me tell you what you will be getting , lots of printed copies of car
, lots of documentation that you can get yourself from citations, you can use them for website because they are good at that but setting up, please do yourself a favour And set it up yourself. Till today, I still don’t know hat I paid for and where all that money went. It’s such a shame really but my advice to anyone like myself who has a dream of setting up homecare is never use this guys. They sell you a dream and when it’s all done they let you deal with it. I was depressed for a bit after paying them so much with nothing. Don’t let them sell you staffing, please just don’t. Trust me and stay away. I had to come back to give review because I don’t want anyone to fall for it. Get yourself educated, find someone to coach you for CQC and do more research. Don’t even think about paying for it .

This is what I’m saying- the professional look you guys are trying to portray. Go back to the person who you used to coach for CQC interview- they did say in their words that I don’t need to know the business plan- they wouldn’t ask and If they did I should change the topic in a way they wouldn’t review it. Your external coach you guys used also asked for feedback shortly after the training which I gave a positive feedback. Also I could pay £250-£500 max to have someone coach me for this so I don’t understand why you expect vulnerable people (like I have once being) to pay for something that’s not worth it.

I have reviewed the logs and the independent CQC consultant that delivered the session in November 2020 did not say this and your feedback the day after was 'The training went well thank you'.

Trust me, the independent CQC consultant pointed out that my documentation did not have my full name which I relayed back to Scott and also she felt everything was generic. This is why I am telling people and warning them to go and do their research, don’t pay Care agency- you can read up on it. Get documentations on citation and other places. Don’t don’t don’t. I know people who have opened in their living room, you don’t need to pay for office, you don’t need to even pay for phone company yet, you don’t need to get into more debt because they will provide you with a ready made package.

I’m within my right to leave a review after 2.5 years- I need people know how you guys are not the real deal. I will advise though their website is fantastic but again it’s generic, you can literally see it on every website they have built. I asked Scott to add a functionality about covid- this known to me and I have checked new website built and they are using the same functionality. No originality. The same website for everyone. If you decide to use them for website go for it but make sure you send them what to add otherwise you will be getting the same thing.

Best company I have worked for to date

When I initially heard about Care agency media and how much we were investing with them to start our agency, I was not sure what to think but as soon as I got involved with them and got to see how much work they are doing with us in setting us up and launching us into business, I was dumbfounded because all that we have to do has been streamlined and Care Agency Media has made it an absolute dream to begin business with a lot of training and foresight. A massive thank you to everyone on the team, we appreciate you.
