Ditto on the fraudulent Medicare…

Ditto on the fraudulent Medicare charges by this sham of a company. They charged $13,770 for six bogus $2,295 catheter deliveries. Medicare paid them $7,344, after Medicare gets that money back, Prison should be their next stop.

Working at CareBridge…

Working at CareBridge was one of the most frustrating roles I’ve experienced. Management operates through constant micromanagement, clear favoritism, and a lack of transparency. When employees leave (which happens often due to the extremely high turnover), leadership keeps everything quiet instead of addressing the real issues driving people out.

The role itself feels less like patient support and more like telemarketing. We are expected to repeatedly call elderly patients who often don’t want the service, don’t understand why we’re calling, or block the number altogether. Despite this, management pushes staff to keep calling anyway, which feels uncomfortable and borderline unethical at times.

The workplace culture is tense and discouraging. Leadership comes across as sneaky and untrustworthy, and there are patterns that feel discriminatory and unfair in how employees are treated and supported. Instead of focusing on improving processes or employee morale, the environment prioritizes metrics and appearances.

Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive healthcare environment or meaningful patient-centered work.

Fraud

This company fraudulently billed Medicare for urinary tract supplies for my husband and was paid almost $11,000. I’ve turned them into Medicare’s fraud department.

This company fraudulently billed my Medicare (and Medigap) over $15K.

We received an EOB today from our Medicare Supplement provider today. It showed four claims (for a total of $9180) from a vendor we hadn't heard of --- Carebridge Innovations. After some research online we learned that they sell urinary catheters, which neither of us need or use. It turns out we had similar charges, fo $6000+ on a previous statement. We reported the fraudulent billinf to both Medicare (who had paid it) and our Supplement carrier (who had not paid it).

Criminal Enterprise…

This criminal enterprise billed my Part B insurer for $11,745 for urinary catheters, and Medicare for an unknown amount. I immediately notified my insurer, who did not pay them, and Medicare. I’ve never used, nor do I need urinary catheters. Hope to see them in federal prison soon.

Carebridge catheter fraud

My Medicare statement says Carebridge provided me with $9180 worth of catheters. They did not. This is Medicare fraud and, judging by what I’ve seen on line, this phony catheter scam is their standard practice. I spent the morning reporting it to Medicare and Monday I have to notify my insurance company, as they have paid their share. Carebridge Innovations needs some serious fines and prison time.

A victim of their scam for a billing cycle of 6 months

This company steals and or buys Medicare numbers to submit falsified claims. Beware do not trust or do business with them. They billed my Medicare number for supplies over 13,000 Dollars that I never used or would have a use for. A physician forged his name on an order to submit the claim. Verified scammers.

Carebridge innovations charged Medicare and my supplement ins. $2,295 in May, June and July for products they don't even sell. I never spoke with them, never ordered from them. They are scamming the taxpayer. I have tried to call them on three different occasions. No answer, or they put you through to an operator that never answers. I will refer them to the FBI for investigation

Carebridge Innovations charged Medicare

Carebridge Innovations charged Medicare $9180.00 and provided no services or any products. They are operating under a complete fraudulent scheme to defraud the federal and state government. In my opinion they need to be investigated by the federal government.
