This service is really straight forward compared to others I've tried. We use Care Check for all our DBS checks. I urgently needed some checks processed in time for a job and Emily Waddington was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my queries.

From my side, requesting enhanced DBS checks, the process was very easy.
I didn't understand some of the options, but
Chloe Emptage was super helpful at getting me what I needed.
The only negative was I received reports from the people who the checks were being performed on, saying they had issues with the proof of ID process.
Once I switched to manual checks it was very easy to do.
