Very good reception. Personal service. Heather fully explained everything we needed to know about the equipment, put item in the car etc. it wasn’t a case of Heather persuading us to purchase a machine, but it her professional attitude & her knowledge of the equipment which endorsed our decision to purchase.

I wouldn't say my experience was great, but it was easy enough though, What stopped it being great was, interaction with a real live person & not a chatbot

CareCo sorted out a problem with my Rollator so I wasn’t without a Tri-walker for too long which affects my mobility and independence.

Dan was very helpful and patient and answered my questions and processed my order very efficiently.

We went to care to purchase a new wheelchair and the assistant was very helpful with us getting the wheelchair and the wheelchair was delivered the next day and we are very pleased with the results so thank you careco in Holbeck.

Well what a great service i had today from Luke at CareCo I was purchasing a new riser/recliner seat as my old one was old.
I told luke which chair I required give all the details but the fabric was leather no good to me, but he said we have the same chair in fabric oatmeal that was spot on.
Like was very polite and knowledgeable about everything, so I asked for the extra cover the installation and removal of my old chair he said that was not a problem.
So here I am now the owner of a new chair and it will be delivered in 3 working days Luke is a great asset to your company well done great service once again.

My first time purchasing from Careco. It was an uplifting experience from my first call with Paul to enquire about the items l was purchasing, customer service was professional, friendly. Following my purchase l had to call again and the call handler, Callum was so helpful, adjusting my order and re-issuing of my order dispatched that day and delivery in a rural within 3 days. I would recommend Careco as unlike other medical aids companies, Careco don't automatically only want to recommend the most expensive item in the range. Careco products are excellent quality and value for money.

you are never hurried or hassled by the staff. Had to purchase a new wheelchair, we were left to look around and when we were ready the staff answered our questions and helped us chose the right one for me, no pushy sales pitch.
The delivery arrived in two days and we were kept updated from them about time of arrival. very happy with the purchase.

Very knowledgeable assistant who explained about the different power hairs and how to operate them. Had a spin indoors and outside. Unfortunately out of stock until July but excited to for when it’s delivered.
