I worked with Mr. Tamburello. He communicated very quickly with useful information and is a real nice guy. It barely took a week to find and make a deal on a car I liked. All I had to do was walk into the dealer and sign the papers the day after I agreed to pull the trigger. It really was worth every penny and more, so much less stress. I'll be using this service every time from here on out.

I have purchased cars in the past using many of the techniques that CarEdge teaches (including and especially "working the phones" rather than visiting and getting trapped for hours at dealerships), and this time given the "wild west" nature of car dealerships of all brands here in the Tampa Bay market, I decided to outsource the legwork to CarEdge's Concierge service. Talk about money well spent!
I was connected with Thomas T. to serve as my concierge/partner in the process, and he was the right man for the job. I was looking for new 2026 Hyundai Palisade in a very specific trim level and color combination, of which there are few available, and Thomas was able to locate 3 within a 100-mile radius of my location, including one dealership a bit further drive away who was willing to minimize the add-on fees that the others nearer Tampa wouldn't budge on. He actively worked the deal and maintained consistent and thorough communication throughout. He then worked the trade-in angle only AFTER the OTD price was established and agreed upon.
Upon our arrival to the dealership, the quoted numbers remained unchanged (although the dealership did use every delay/wear-down tactic in their playbook to try to squeeze extra profit out of me...and failed, thanks to Thomas' coaching), and we finally drove off in our new vehicle satisfied that we got the best deal possible for a vehicle that is currently one of the hottest on the market.
I recommend CarEdge and the Concierge service, and Thomas T. in particular, with no hesitation and with great enthusiasm!

We worked with Nick Young and he was very knowledgeable and responsive. The process was very easy and he saved thousands off of MSRP.

Working with Josh Ramsey was an absolute pleasure. He took all the stress out of the car-buying process and handled every bit of the leg work for us. From start to finish, the experience was completely flawless. We ended up with our dream car without any of the usual hassle or pressure. Truly worth every penny. Highly recommend Josh to anyone who wants a smooth, zero-stress car-buying experience!

I wish I could buy cars more frequently just so I could use CarEdge’s services again and again. Ever since I first discovered Ray and Zach Shefska on YouTube, I knew that the next time I bought a car, I wanted their process guiding me. It took a few years for that moment to arrive, but when it did, I joined CarEdge as a monthly member to learn as much as I could—and when it came closer to actually shopping, I decided to purchase their expert negotiator service. As far as I know, that service no longer exists, and I may have been one of the last people to take advantage of it. I am very glad I did.
The promotional price was excellent, so I purchased it ahead of time, and shortly afterward I was contacted by Zee, who let me know he would be handling my deal. From the very first conversation, I trusted his expertise. When it came time for me to share details about the vehicle I wanted, Zee provided an enormous amount of guidance, clarity, and support. Talking with him felt like talking to a knowledgeable friend—patient, honest, and genuinely invested in my situation.
Zee took the time to understand my circumstances, walked me step-by-step through what I needed to do, and never made me feel foolish for the questions I worried might be “stupid.” He treated every detail of my car-buying experience with care and ownership, including communicating with my salesperson and strategizing how to get me the best out-the-door price. He explored every angle, every possibility, and never rushed me. Even on the day I accepted the final deal, Zee remained available for any last-minute questions.
Because of him, I ended up saving about $3,000 off the dealership’s initial price. On top of that, Zee offered to connect me with CarEdge’s partner, Fair Warranty; however, I was already in contact with them. Fair Warranty was another exceptional experience. The dealership tried to sell me a warranty for nearly double what Fair Warranty offered. Edward from Fair Warranty took great care of me, explained everything clearly, and even made himself available by phone in case the dealership pressured me during the signing process.
My entire dealership experience was smooth because Zee did all the heavy lifting. All I had to do was show up. CarEdge delivered exactly what they promise—and more.
Even though I have already bought my car and do not need their services now, I still keep my paid subscription because I genuinely trust this company and want to continue supporting them. Whatever services they offer in the future, I will confidently use them again when it is time for my next vehicle purchase.
In the meantime, I recommend CarEdge to anyone I know who is in the market for a car—and to anyone reading this review. CarEdge is absolutely worth it!

The AI negotiator from car edge pro was very usefull.
After many emails back and forth ( all handled by the ai) a price was agreed upon, I went and bought the vehicle the next day.

CarEdge Pro was awesome. It was fun to watch the AI agent interact with dealers to purchase the car I wanted. Once I had a clear out-the-door price, I contacted the dealer that had the car. I showed the salesman the out-the-door price. They sold me the car at that price with no questions asked. I must say that this was the easiest and least stressful way I have ever purchased a car.

The information available on the car edge website is great when it comes to researching car pricing and availability. Having them do the legwork of negotiating with the dealer makes the whole process extremely painless. After all of their work we were able to drive to the dealer and be out the door in less than an hour with the new vehicle at the agreed upon price.

I used your concierge service with Jerry Kramer representing me. He did an excellent job of researching dealers and their pricing for my 2026 Toyota Corolla Hybrid. The MSRP was $24,575. Jerry was able to obtain an out-the-door price of $27,991.20. That was 3,416.20 difference than the MSRP.

All I had to do was choose a make & model plus the year of car.
Caredge site had dealers with the car I wanted.
Once I chose the car I wanted the AI made contact with dealer & worked the OTD price.
Within 24 hours I had a deal and closed on it the next.
Just set it & forget it.

I worked with Nick Young and he found the car that I wanted. I gave him three must haves. Mazda CX5 with Black exterior, leather seats and a power liftgate.
I was expecting to get a 2024 with 25,000 mile on it but I got a 2025 with 16,500 miles.

I signed up for the car edge and gave them the information they asked for on the car I was interested in and the dealer I wanted to go to. They started the negotiations with the dealer and did all the emails back and forth. I just sat back and watched the them negotiate until they got a price that was better than I expected. It was well below invoice. I had a car to trade and the dealer offered me almost $6000.00 less than the quote I had received from another company. It's a good thing I had listened to car edge about getting a quote about my cars value before going to the dealer. I would highly recommend car edge to anyone considering purchasing a new car.

I worked with Jerry to obtain a Ford Mustang lease in Florida. He successfully found and negotiated a spectacular lease deal, saving me time, money, and, most of all, the hassle of securing a new car. Because the lease was for my daughter, there was a little more complexity, which Jerry navigated expertly. When it came to working and interacting with Jerry, it was excellent. His decades of industry experience, combined with his professionalism, were the right combination for me. His communication cadence was appropriate and as expected. He was available at all times and quick to respond to questions and concerns. He took the time to explain the processes and what to expect next. He prepared the entire transaction ahead of time, working with the Manager at the dealer. When challenges arose, he handled them skillfully and in the background. On the day of the transaction, I flew to Tampa to pick up the car (we cast a wide net to get the best deal). Knowing that I was taking time and spending the money to pick the car, he made sure everything was in order and was in constant communication with me during the transaction. He not only helped me, but he also guided the dealer, who does very few leases. Lastly, he made sure everything was in order before I departed the dealership.
Overall, I had an excellent experience. Before I decided to hire Car Edge for my search, I wondered if the fee was worth it. I can say with confidence and conviction, yes. The amount of time and effort Jerry saved me was invaluable! I would not hesitate to use Car Edge, or a similar service in the future.

I choose to use the CarEdge Pro as I searched for a good used car. Phil from CarEdge contacted me immediately and explained how the process worked. I have been very impressed with how quickly he responds to any questions I have and how well the AI agent gets contact information from the dealers.
You are kept up to date with all negotiations between the dealer and the agent. I have an active negotiation and hope to close a deal tomorrow. Highly recommended -

Jerry K. was quick, very pleasant, listened well to request, and we had the car and price locked down within 36 hours! That was outstanding!

The concierge service not only did what it advertised, it exceeded my expectations...by a lot!
My rep Nick was very open about managing expectations and being realistic about what results we would get. Having said that I was hopeful. The car I was looking for was a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited; new or CPO. Within about 48 hrs I had four cars to review. I chose a CPO with only 1028 miles on it. Nick did all the negotiating and had the delalership remove over $2K in "junk" fees... long story short... this car new MSRP was $43,995 (for all intents and purposes it was a new car). The CPO dealership price was $37,888. My rep negotiated the final out the door price of $35,337+doc fees $595+ sales tax $2245.75 + registration $135 = $38,312. He also helped me navigate the sale of my 2014 mazda 6 with 164k on it to the dealer so take another $3000 off for a price of just over $35,000. Not too shabby!
Bottom line...This IS THE WAY TO BUY A CAR. At the sale price of $700 for the concierge service, it more than paid for itself manyfold. Even if I had paid the full $1000 reg price it still is an overwhelming winner.

Great resources and videos from Ray and Zach for buying/leasing cars. Posting in the community is risky however. Be prepared to be insulted - especially if you are a woman. Feedback from the "experts" can be harsh. As if it isn't difficult enough for a single woman navigating the car buying/negotiating experience as it is with biased dealers, to hear the condescending feedback from "Igor" stating that I have a "problem." Harsh and unnecessary. The community feedback should be monitored. Please be nice. We're not all experts like you, Igor.
