They were extremely professional, gave me helpful hints and tips which helped me pass my assessment centre and gain a position with the fast stream civil service scheme.

The interview/session was tailored, well prepared, covered various areas of potential questions, the interviewer was polite and addressed my weak areas in a very professional way. Adam was absolutely perfect for helping me bring out the best of my examples and tailoring them to the questions being asked. He is also extremely friendly and approachable, making a mock interview as fun as it possibly can be. After going through my initial answers I had prepared for typical competency questions, he gave me feedback that improved them tenfold and advised what to cut out to fit into the timeframe I would have.
