Some courses aren't working well. Some are old. Some are just repeat of the previous course. A lot are annoying and frustrating. I guess that's easy money for you guys.

Career Smart Learning is awesome, I usually even do the in-person courses which I really like but the online was great too. I waited till the last minute like I'm sure most of us do, but I was able to get them all done. Thank you Career Smart. I'll be back to do them ahead of time for my next certification due dates.

I thought the course was well detailed and organized. I learned a lot of ethical guidelines to consider when talking to patients about medical cannabis.

I love using CareerSmart for my CCM recertification classes. I was dreading starting the process of finding something that would count for my next recertification. A colleague recommended CareerSmart and I was surprised that the classes were things I was truly interested in and found to be useful. The classes are easy to navigate and I appreciate that they had a bundle with 80 CEU's that will satisfy all the credits I will need and I won't have to search for individual classes and keep up with them all. It makes it such an easy process, it's perfect.

This was a very helpful and probably cost saving option. Thank you!

I do not like to future price increase

I do not like having less facilities to train in Southern California.

I am unsure thaty $179.00 course work package will give me my 40 hours requirement.

I was disappointed I was unable to find my final certificate at the end of my course , no instructions on how our what I need to renew my certificate and no help on the weekend.

Training is very motivated, very helpful to work and understand the needs and issues affecting LGBTQ community.

The material was very good and well presented. I had to watch it on my phone because I couldn’t get the sound to work on my desktop computer. Maybe my bad, as I’m not a computer geek. Would have been easier on the desktop.

Content is well thought out,comprehensive and easy to digest

I was very please when i took this course with CareerSmart. It make very easy for me to follow.

I occasionally run into technical issues, but I can usually figure out a way to circumvent or fix the issue. Usually it’s related to differences in navigation between different training offerings. Some advance with little or no action between learning checks, some have modules that require advancement on the slide itself versus below, sometimes it’s tricky to go backwards to review once having completed a learning review. My internet connection is strong, so only tiny issues with audio. Overall, I really like this training platform!!
