Could hear the scraping of the utensils over the speaker (filmed at a luncheon). Terminology out of date.

Fascinating and fast. I just hope i can remember my responsibilities. I enjoyed the entire process.

Very informative and great detailed videos

For the most part, the courses were ok to navigate.

The cons:
-- There was a course where the slides during the final quiz was unreadable. The questions were on top of the answers or there wasn't any question just answers etc.
-- The slides were very different with each course. Some were too interactive in which every slide prompted for an interaction. Then there were some that had one every couple slides (these seem to be more appropriate)

The Pros:
-- I enjoyed and appreciated the Audio function
-- The handouts and notes sections provided kept me more intune with the presentation.
-- The test download being available prior to the completion of the course kept me more focus on the topics and it was the only way I was able to complete the course that was uploaded so bad I failed the exam the first time around.

The course layout was great. It was very easy to navigate through the course. I was able to do this course on my own time. Never had a hard time. It would pick up where I left off. It covered the important aspects.

I learned so many interesting topics that could enhance your ability in doing the caregiving job .thank you career smart for imparting the knowledge in becoming a well competent staff.

Aging workforce was a great session! I was surprised & delighted at the depth the presenter went into about this topic. I enjoyed the presentation & can say that it was one of the best I have heard on this topic.
