Brilliant product used on log cabin, very easy to apply and goes a long way.....now to see if it copes with the weather.

I have used this product to preserve my log cabin which has proved an excellent choice, however I did not order enough. Unfortunately when ordering more one of the 2 tins of paint l purchased was lumpy at the bottom. Despite stirring the paint for 20 minutes the lumps did not break down therefore Carefree refunded my part ofder.

Good service now they have sorted out their UKVAT no. Could be better on colour light oak is more like 1970s pine Orange😕

Excellent customer service. We had delays with our order due to it occurring during Brexit transition. Without hesitation and with our order stuck in a warehouse, Carefree immediately sent out a duplicate order which we received promptly.
It is also a fantastic product, goes on easily and leaves a fantastic coat.

I had after some research decided to use the Carefree Protect treatment for my new log cabin and some other things. Then hit a problem, due to Brexit issues they were unable to deliver into the UK. As I was not in immediate need of the product I took the decision to call them and enquire as to the possibility of getting the product somehow. My initial call was unanswered, but within 1/2 hour they returned my call and explained their difficulties, gave me advice on the product and said they would contact me if things changed. Sure enough about a fortnight later they called me to say they had nearly resolved the issues and watch their website for a change of status on UK deliveries, hopefully within a few days. Again a few days later they contacted me to say UK deliveries were live again, I placed my order on the website and they again contacted me to confirm the order. I received my order in full within a week (after paying the courier the new now obligatory 'Brexit' sorry import tax and they emailed at every point to update on delivery status Could not fault Carefree Protect at all, communication, customer service and delivery all first class and will have no hesitation in using or recommending them again.

I have placed an order with Carefree Protect team and unfortunately due to things outwith their control (Brexit) a lengthy delay has happened with customs.
Carefree were quick at getting this information to me and offered sufficient advice for me as a customer.
I am more than happy that they have dealt with this in the way they have and hopefully Customs can get things sorted quicker for us all and I will be able to place my order again.
