1-Star Review

1-Star Review: Terrible Service, No Order Confirmation, and a Joke of a Curriculum
Avoid this company at all costs. I paid for caregiver training and a t-shirt, and the entire experience has been a nightmare.

First, they provide zero transparency. I never received a confirmation email for my purchase; the only proof I had that I even paid was the charge sitting on my bank statement. They ran out of merchandise and completely failed to send any correspondence regarding my order status. When I called, the customer service representatives couldn't even locate my name in their system and promised call-backs from management that never happened.

Second, the training material itself is a joke. It is basic common sense with zero actual educational value or real skills to learn. The tests consist of unrealistic, impossible-to-miss multiple-choice questions that you couldn't get wrong even if you tried. I would be completely ashamed to hang this certificate on my wall.

I am currently fighting a formal bank chargeback just to get my money back for a t-shirt I never received and a service that was never properly delivered. Completely unprofessional.
