Excellent stairlift bought from this company. I had decided to get three quotes and this company was the last to come and see my house and assess my needs. I chose this company over the other two because they knew what they were talking about and their idea of how it should be fitted was much better than the others’ ideas especially as I have three dogs and the wires were to be neatly disguised in trunking. Liam who owns the company still goes out to fit and he didn’t attempt to give me a hard sell unlike the other people as he’s not a salesman.
The work was done in less than a week from the day I ordered it. The fitter who came took only four hours to install it and where he drilled holes, he hoovered up the dust.
I have had my stairlift for just over a fortnight and it’s wonderful. I definitely recommend this company.

Carelift Services engineers are always polite and courteous, tidy up after themselves and are understanding of the needs of the client. This time it was a routine service, booked at a convenient time for me. In the past they have responded quickly to a lift breakdown, coming out in the evening to get it fixed.

The engineer (James) arrived on time in a clean vehicle clearly marked with the Company Name. Jame's introduced himself and removed his boots prior to entering my home. He performed the task in a tidy and prompt manner. I will use the company again and recommend them to friends & family.

Completed a service and repair in a timely manner - i originally called Acorn Stairlifts who never came to the appointment that was scheduled. Would recommend quick response and completed works no problem.

This is the second time we have used carelift services. First time was for a breakdown and they rearranged the next days work so they could get an engineer to us. The second time was Feb and was for a service. When arranging this the office team were really helpful and very friendly. The service engineer (Chris) was prompt, very friendly and explained any issues found. He spent a good amount of time on the service and fully tested afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

From my initial contact with Carelift services I have been extremely pleased. I had not been a customer previously yet everything was done to make it easy for me. The engineer Chris who came was pleasant competent and efficient. While still being able to have a conversation with me. It’s very refreshing to find a new (to me) firm that I can feel reassured with.
