We've been using CLL since the pandemic and it has changed our company for the better!
We used to be paper based before this and we just had no clue where staff were, what notes were written about clients, care plans were regularly out of date with the constant changes and not being able to update paperwork in their homes as quickly.
All these problems have been fixed with CLL. The system is super user friendly, the support team answer almost always and if they don't they always ring back within 30 minutes.
We now have better communications and relationships between staff, our clients and their families and our company is so much better for it.

After 24 years with people planner, we heard a lot of good things about Careline so we decided it was time to make the change. We are very slow to pick new things up and the support staff were very patient with us...and still are.....We needed to forget everything we knew and think differently. I often see on WhatsApp group chats people complaining about other software platforms that they are never available to help. Brilliant - I started using CareLineLive on 01/06/23, I have used different systems but this one stood out. We are a domiciliary care agency, this system has everything you need to ensure you can go electronic. As every system, there are some improvements that can be made and I believe this will only get better then it already is. The invoicing and pay is spot on! and you can add additional costs for pay or invoicing and can even choose the design. This was the best decision to move over to this system, I would certainly recommended this to any care company and especially companies who have branches in different areas as you can split the access so only each branch can see there area

I have been with CareLineLive for about 3 years. Brilliant system! Switched to them because we were going paperless. Their customer support is great and software is constantly improving in line with the customers requirements.
The only downside for me is the financial reporting.

We migrated from Access Group to Care Line Live (CLL) learning the system step by step with support from CLLs fantastic support team. We are now in our third month of CLL and the difference is noticable. Our community support team favour the application over Access Care Planning, formally Mobizio. It has made invoicing different clients / service funders and payroll a walk in the park. the pricing structure is simple and cost effective with no hidden charges for features or managers accounts. We looked at 5 other care management solutions and CLL stood out.

As a domiciliary care agency we have now been using CareLineLive for over 6 months having moved away from a service where each additional service had to be paid for to access. With CareLineLive, not only can you rota the team who can remotely log into the system, the can see their tasks, eMAR, Support Plan and any other information we wish to add. The more we use the system the more we are learning about its functionality; we have already taken part in their study for body maps as CareLineLive also continue to improve their system and listen to feedback from their users. Easy to navigate and user friendly. A real partnership wanting the best in care.

As a domiciliary care company we started using CareLineLive fully at the beginning of the pandemic which allowed us to work remotely. CareLiveLive combined all previous systems into one from rostering and payroll/invoicing, as well as supporting us with going paperless by providing individual handsets for the carers, online assessments and electronic MAR charts. There's an easy to use and efficient support team for any queries. Would highly recommend.
