Carelust is a disaster. The product does not work and looks quite different from the glasses shown on the website. The parcel was send from china and quality is very poor. The possibility to return the product within 60 days made it worth the try for me, but Carelusts customer service is not manned. I have send several emails trying to register for return, but did not receive any response. It seems to be a total scam. DO NOT BUY THESE GLASSES.

Similar situation. Glasses do not work as advertised. Trying to contact the company to trigger their 60 Day Money Back Gaurantee but have been ignored despite several attempts to contact.

Yep, same as every one else. I bought a pair of glasses for my husband and they do not work. I've return them but I havent been refunded yet. They don't respond to email or chatlink.
If you want something that works (but is quite expensive) go with Enchroma glasses

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and they not only didn't work but made the colors worse. It is within the 60 day return window but they don't respond to the countless emails I have sent, their chat line doesn't work, it just sends you to the email system they don't answer and their phone number is non-working. Their return policy says to mail the glasses back and they will email you but I don't have confidence their address in the UK is correct since apparently, they are a company from China and none of their other declarations of communications have worked. I don't want to spend 40 dollars in postage to send the glasses back when I have zero confidence in their address. I am a single mom, and this was a splurge to help my son and brother see colors. I am devastated at how badly this experience has gone.

Forgot it. Arrived covered in fingerprints and according to tracker from China but no Chinese customs label on package. £78 just so the world looks pink, I'm pretty sure that's not what it's meant to look like. They only help pass an Ishihara colour vision test. No other benefits at all. I have contacted Carelust by email and online chat for refund but so far have been ignored.

We bought two quite expensive pare of color blind glasses to our sons for Christmas. They are both color blind. The glasses seemed good and several costumers had made good reviews. In the description it says they are to be worn at daily bases.
But when our sons tried them on they didn’t work at all. Everything turned red.
Since the 25 of December 2022 I have bin trying to reach the company through both e-mail and SMS to make a refund and get a refund label. They don’t bather to answer nor the emails or sms.

DON’T order from this company. They seem to be a scam company.

We purchased a pair of the carelust glasses as they are advertised for color correctness for people with colour blindness red and green. We received the glasses and my husband who is colour blind tried them on and they did not work, it was very disappointing as we have pair of the enchroma that work.
I have tried to get in contact with support and there has been no response.

The colorblind glasses works to a certain degree. It might work on the tests.

However I had many questions regarding the glasses. How they were not evenly coated and colored. And how they made me unable to identify a lot of colors.

I've had some experience with the glasses and they don't work very good. Colors are altered to other kinds of colors. The codes on resistors are unrecogniseable for example. Some greens turn almost black or into blues.

Do not use in traffic as green lights will be invisible!

After my inquieries I did not receive any reply at all to my questions, I posted a neutral review of them on their page.

I would not recommend carelust to anyone after the treatment I received as a customer there, and I can scarcely recommend their colorblind glasses, as they make you probably more colorblind. Allthough, numbers in color blind tests do pop out.

I bought these glasses for my father for his birthday and they just make everything pink. Have enquired via every contact method to return the past three weeks and no response. Like the other authentic reviews here, this company is clearly a scam.

I have never written a bad review for any company, but I would like to save someone from making a bad decision. I bought these glasses in hopes that my husband could see colors like the rest of us do, and seeing this company had a 60-day money back guarantee, I thought this was an easy decision. I have contacted the company 8 times in 4 different ways to get a refund since the glasses did not work, and have had no one respond to me. Please, please do NOT purchase from this company.

Brought these glasses for my husband they didn’t work for him. I want to return them for a refund. I have emailed twice and had no response. Phone number or web chat doesn’t work from the website. Scam!

Their products don't work for everyone. And not from the UK like they imply.

EDIT: They ended up replying and refunded me, so the non-working product part and CS issue is recified.

DO NOT BUY FROM CARELUST!!! Absolutely appalled. Purchased some glasses for a friend's birthday and they are terrible. They are a scam. They absolutely DO NOT work. They make everything pink when you look up (pink sky), everything red when you look straight ahead and everything green and yellow when you look down. I have sent 5 emails, tried the 24/7 chat which is a gimmick and isn't manned. I have even rang the number on the website 3 times and it just rings out. I have had zero response from them about a refund. Been totally scammed by this website. The packaging and glasses case wasn't even as shown in the images. Just a cheap black zip case. I looked at a few different sites and read the reviews. I was happy with what I read so ordered them through Carelust. Now I am completely questioning the authenticity of these reviews. Terrible customer service. Absolutely zero communication from them regarding a refund yet they reply on here to good reviews that probably aren't real.

Their hotline does not answer, nor by chat, nor by e-mail. It is impossible to contact them.

I ordered a strapless body shaper after seeing other excellent reviews. When the item arrived I found it to be too small, but after getting in touch with customer service I was told to keep the smaller shaper and they would send me the next size up with no quibble...how good is that. I am very satisfied with the outcome and look forward to receiving my larger size body shaper.
