I would highly recommend Care Moments, the staff are incredible: kind, compassionate and caring.
They all have hearts of gold.

They have been supporting my Dad for the last few years after a stroke and now dementia as his needs increased. They are so good with him, tailor his care carefully and support mum in their older years.
They really put Dad first and bring such warmth and smiles to their home when they visit. Thank you Sibo for everything you and our team really have changed our lives and improved mum and dads quality of life immensely.
Sibo and the team are highly skilled in all aspects of care. They are highly trained and professional.
Sibo nursing background drew me to the company and her care planning expertise has been invaluable.

My husband has been in the care of "Care Moments" since February 2024.

The care givers are the nicest, kindest and most considerate people, helping my husband with his daily routine and giving me much needed support. Regardless of how unwell my husband is feeling, their presence always brings a smile to his face.

I really appreciate the mutual respect on both sides.

I would recommend this company as the ladies are lovely and do care about their clients.

I have had care from Care Moments for the last two years and I couldn't be without them. I have quite complex needs and they have always been a wonderful team of carers adapting to any changes needed in my care. All the carers are kind and conscientious and patient as well as efficient and professional.
A great team all round!

A great company, took the time to interview both myself and my Mum to establish her needs and have been very proactive in communicating when there have been issues and developments. Carers are very attentive and helpful, Mum would have been in a dreadful situation had it not been for their diligence and willingness to go the extra mile.

Absolutely superb support, even at a time where they have gone above and beyond to support not only my mum but me also after a major accident, causing me to be disabled and unable to care for my mum at all.

I’d like to thank you all for stepping in and helping in ways I can’t do, so thank you so much. ☺️ it’s made a big difference to both our lives x

Care Moments have been caring for my mum since February this year. The manager and her staff are very passionate caring for my mum, nothing is too much trouble and I get regular updates on Mum's care. The staff are very professional, I can honestly say that this is the 4th care company that my mum has had and they are the best by far. They may be a small company, but they all have huge hearts. If you are looking for a care company to care for your loved one, then this is the care company that will deliver that care.

The team at Care Moments were wonderful with my Dad. They listened to his needs and went out of their way to do their best to care for him during October 2021- September 2022 when he sadly passed away. I would definitely recommend the kind, caring, professional ladies that looked after him.

Care Moments have looked after me since leaving Hospital last August, they go above and beyond what I was expecting. they cannot do enough for me and they are all so cheerful and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot praise this Care company enough. The care and compassion they routinely show my mum is always genuine and always with a smile which cheers Mum up every day

Carers are reliable and record activity accurately.

The majority of carers are friendly but sometimes lack initiative when one off situations occur.

I have had experience with another Care company before, but I must say that your service is far superior and more flexible. The carer who looks after my grandmother has a deep understanding of her needs and has built a strong and positive relationship with her.
