Todd Seidl was absolutely awesome in helping us find not one, but two facilities for my father and mother. My dad initially started in memory care and then Todd helped us find a facility that is considered independent living with residential care included so my parents could be together again. I would recommend Care Patrol to anyone.

We cannot begin to express our gratitude to Julie Lewinsky and Don Lewinsky. Julie came to my Godmother's home to assess both her and my uncle for long term care. From the moment I met her, there was a positive connection. She is warm, caring, friendly, engaging and highly knowledgeable about the field of eldercare. Given that long term care was a difficult issue, she was mindful of how to approach the topic with them, focusing on their continued autonomy and independence, as it relates to this important decision. We are a Black family, and we appreciated how comfortable and at ease she was with us. We found the individualized approach very appealing, and we felt that we were valued and important. She selected sites for us to visit and was with us every step along the way. We also worked with Don, who helped us with updating my Godmother and Uncle's wills, power of attorney, and health care proxy forms. My uncle, who was known to be highly critical of folks, enjoyed talking with Don. Warm, likeable, and knowledgeable, he ushered us through the process of eldercare and elder law. We could not have selected a better team to help with our needs. Because they are SO GOOD, they are very busy and well worth the wait.

As I was reading other posts, I often saw comments such as: "I rarely post comments or review....". That is my exact sentiment, BUT, from the first call to CarePatrol, Bruce, Kelly, and the entire staff made our search into the assisted living world almost 100% effective and comfortable. We had to review a number of locations between Fort Myers and Naples, FL and Kelly took as much time as we needed and guided us to the final location where we safely and confidentially located my wife, who is very happy with our choices. Thank you Kelly and Bruce. To all who are looking into the big and confusion world of assisted and/or memory care facilities, I recommend CarePatrol 100% Happy Holidays everyone.

Let me begin by stating that I rarely (never) write reviews however, in this particular case I decided to make an exception.
Mary Ann and her associate Nikki at Care Patrol truly exemplify the concept of delivering customer service far beyond anything I could have anticipated.
My brother and I were faced with the unfamiliar and stressful task of finding a facility for our beloved aunt. Mary Ann and Nikki guided us through the facility review process. They were with us via phone, email and the on site visits. They were unbelievably responsive without being "pushy" or suggestive. With their help my brother and I were able to make a very comfortable decision.
If anyone that reads this review is fortunate enough to be able to work with Mary Ann and / or Nikki at Care Patrol I believe that you too will be able to make an informed decision.

Kelly was such a blessing to me in finding a facility for my husband. She worked non stop and was in constant contact with me to ensure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend her and this organization for placing your loved one into the right facility.

We've been pleasantly and successfully working with Angela Houser near Rogers, Arkansas for the last several months. The gentle and sincere way she communicates put us at ease and gave us confidence in her knowledge, professionalism and personal compassion. While reviewing a variety of ALF options, I did click on a facility that Angela had not recommended but was aligned with a nationally advertised Agency competitor. Wow, what a disappointment that was! It felt like an automated, impersonal, sales/profit-driven assembly line. Yuck!
By contrast, Angela and Care Patrol offered and provided a depth of timely information throughout the process. We felt "accompanied", never pushed. So glad Angela and CarePatrol were recommended!

When I called Care Patrol for I thought it would be getting a list of places that would be available in a price range and fit for my needs. As it turns out she was so much more than that and had my problems all taken care of in such a personal way. I felt like such a weight had been lifted off me in no time. I will forever be grateful for finding Tammy.

I worked with Tammy Mcgown from Care Patrol to help move my 83 year old stepfather from Ohio to Atlanta. I had absolutely no idea where to begin. She was extremely calm, organized and immediately available for all of my questions and showed me a wide range of possible assisted living options. And I feel that I was able to find the perfect place for him. He’s excited to tell me about all of the nice and interesting people he gets to talk with each day. I’m at peace knowing he’s in a stimulating environment where people have a vested interest in his well being. I couldn’t recommend Care Patrol any higher.

I can’t thank Brian enough for his assistance to my family and I while we were trying to determine the best long term care plan for our mother. He was very prompt in arranging tours, responding to emails, answering questions, etc. Very professional and caring organization.

She arranged visits to appropriate communities, shared insights, and asked the questions we did not know to ask. Jen Gomer was young and very unprofessional especially with answering telephone calls and communication.
Additionally, she placed my mom in memory care without having ever even met my mom or having a PCP evaluation. Jen recommended to place my mom at The Carillion which turned out to be a inappropriate placement for my mother.
She listened to my sister who lives 7000 miles away and not to the daughter who lives in Denver.
The Carillon was an awful placement that only lasted one week!! It was one of the worst experiences of our lives.

Diana was very helpful in easing the transition into Assisted Living for my mother.

Outstanding help in southern Delaware
My experience with Gary was fantastic from the very beginning. After my initial e-mail, he called within 5 minutes, and we started the process that very day. He was understanding, compassionate, frank, supportive and encouraging throughout. He was extremely accommodating and responsive, at all hours and days. When some initial prospects did not work out (not due to his fault) he quickly provided additional options. He handled all communication with the facilities, scheduled the tours, and accompanied us to each. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with the process. Ultimately, we found an excellent match for my father, who was welcomed a couple weeks ago. All reports of his progress are positive. I could not be happier with the service that Gary provided to my family. He was truly a blessing in our time of need, and we are delighted with the ultimate results.

My husband and I were completely lost when it came to starting to look for a place for his dad. I was referred to Care Portal and I’m so thankful I was. Leslie did all the research for us, went on the tour of his new home with me, and has been checking in since we moved my father-in-law in. This is such a beneficial company in helping meet the needs of families.
