Though I was a little hesitant about ordering the Client Handbook for my Home Care Agency from a company I wasn’t familiar with, I called to speak with someone. I ended up speaking with Anton, who was extremely polite and reassuring—he assured me that he and the team would be available to answer any questions. He answered all of my questions and explained how the product applies to the specific state I operate in. Everything shown in the online table of contents was indeed present in the editable download. I will definitely purchase from them again.
