I work as a carer for Careright and wanted to let anyone reading this to know what a fantastic team and company I work with. Since I have been here I have always felt the care and compassion of everyone here towards each other and to our service users. I have met some amazing people and work with a really caring team that I am happy to be a part of!
My uncle received excellent care, compassion and support from all carers that came to my Uncle.
I cannot praise these carers professional approach highly enough.
Also may I say that the office team are excellent in communication and accessibility for delivering reassurance about informative care, awareness of clients needs and acting accordingly for clients needs and safety and care and their wellbeing. This is a company that goes that extra mile.

We have no connections with this company however, my Wife has 35 yrs experience in care from care in the community to complex clients to being a scheme manager for sheltered housing, so she encouraged me to write a review of our experience.
Bottom line is : the is a well run, compassionate caring company that we both thoroughly recommend.

I had care from Careright bovey Tracey after my total hip replacement. All carers where professional and very friendly and made me feel at ease. I can warmly recommend the team.
Care right are a professional, caring company. Their staff are friendly and accommodating - nothing is too much trouble. They helped my Aunt first thing in the morning with general care allowing her to live at home. Although my Aunt now feels confident in getting out of bed and washing and dressing in the morning, Careright are happy to come in, when required, to help my Aunt shower.
Careright have been providing invaluable support for our parents since the beginning of the year, providing assistance with showering, hair washing and nail polishing for our elderly mother who has advanced Alzheimers disease. Mum's 'spa days!' invariably gave her a lift and the friendliness, reliability and kindness of all the care staff was much appreciated by both.

Thank you to the team of Careright. They made it possible for my mum to stay with us in our home giving her a holiday.
We required temporary care for just 1 hour in the morning to wash and dress mum for the day. Marie and the team were accommodating to provide great service for just temporary care.
