Order took 1.5 months to get here - but eventually got a refund

Order took 1.5 months to get here. They sent a tracking number that did not work. When I got it the product turns on but that is it. It's supposed to be a laser wrinkle and spot remover, but does not do anything. I've called and sent emails and still nothing. Since I wrote this review the company has refunded my money.

SCAM

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM
They don't answer the phones and they don't respond to email requests. I am contacting the Attorney General's fraud division and opening a complaint on this company.

I ordered a Radiance One device from them and it doesn't work properly. There is no return address for the device, customer service number drops the calls after several minutes on hold and they don't respond to their emails. Scam... DO NOT ORDER

I have placed my order on June 4th and…

I have placed my order on June 4th and have not heard anything since. The support email has not answered my email to follow up with my order. The I mail said it would be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours and it’s been 10 days and have not received a shipment email.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam! The website lists an address in New York, the package came from an address in New York, yet when I asked for a refund for my purchase of over $250, they suddenly came out with an address in China for returns. There is no mention anywhere on their website of an address in China. Very deceptive and poor business practices. When I went to have my items shipped to the address in China they gave me, the postage was going to be over $275. Ridiculous! When I contacted them to say that the package has a return address in New York, they said "we are a US based company and that is our shipper's address but our warehouse is in China" I don't care where the warehouse is! I should be able to return it to the shipper in New York. They offered a 30% refund if I want to just keep the item. If I wanted to keep the item, I wouldnt be trying to return it! I am furious and feel very misled. I did not engage with a Chinese company. I engaged with a US company as indicated in large bold letters on their website with a New York address. I normally read reviews before I purchase something from an unfamiliar company but I neglected doing that this time, unfortunately. Please please do not trust this company! I have given all the details in this message. I see that the company responds to ask for detials of the problem. The details are already here.

They claim a refund policy however there is no customer service or refund instruction.

They claim a refund policy however there is no response from e-mail or refund instructions provided. The phone number provided has no options and drops off after several rings.
This company is a scam - do not order anything from them. So disappointed that I didn't check these reviews before purchasing.

Poor Communication.

Have placed an order and have received one email saying it would be shipped in next 48 hours. That was four days ago. Haven't replied to my emails. Very poor service.

Kneesleeve

My gut told me not to do it but I did. Gut was right. Wasted $60 on 2 kneesleeves. I had question when I ordered it but customer service never responded. Website stated I would get delivery notification when mailed. Was notified a few days after I ordered that it was sent. About 5 days after that was notified that the order is being "worked on".
A few days after that order showed up. Horrible communication. I ordered the L/XL but too tight. My legs are not huge! Way too tight and circulation would be cut off. I ask myself this: Trying to contact customer service to send product back for a refund....is it worth the stress?

Poor customer service from Caresole, scsm

I ordered an ankle brace from Caresole which I received May 20th. It was marked XL but was too large for me even though I wear a size 11 or 12 woman's shoe. I don't recall being prompted to choose a size for the brace. I wrote to Caresole's customer support on May 23rd and 28th requesting information on how to make a return. It is now June 8th and I still have not received a reply. I finally received a reply (after my third email to the company. I can get a money back guarantee (which they promised) but I am required to pay the postage to China. Otherwise, I can get a 30% refund. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!

After Carson's saw this review on Trustpilot, they finally DID give me a full refund.

Company won’t answer phone or emails

Company won’t answer phone or emails. Been trying to contact them for several days. After calling number it says they have a limited staff and after holding for 5 minutes it will hang up on you. The recording at the phone number does say to contact them via email and they will promptly contact you back. I guess promptly isn’t a priority for them. Should have had read the reviews before ordering. Funny how they are supposedly the best in the market. Customer service isn’t their strength.

CARESOLE IS A SCAMMER!!!

THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM PLACING ADs. I purchased a plantar wrap, insoles and a pair of compression socks on 5/17/24. There was only one size available. Not to mean they didn't have my size, but to say there was never a mention of size in the ad. When the items were delivered on 5/23/24, the plantar wrap had a size of XL. It was huge on me. It didn't fit. So, it was basically a one-size-fits-all if you are an XL size. For anyone else, it is the wrong size.
The only information on how to send it back says returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery date, but there was no information available online as to how to facilitate that; and I have gotten zero response from any of their support channels. The phone support line 1-877-344-3354 doesn't even work. You get in then it goes to a recording that won't even allow you to leave a message. I want my money back, but the system is rigged to prevent anyone from getting a live body for assistance. I emailed support@caresole and until now they haven't responded to my request for assistance. I feel so scammed and taken advantage of.

Coming off of both an MCL & ACL…

Coming off of both an MCL & ACL reconstruction, so you can imagine what that feels like if you know you know. After wearing for 5-6 days knee feels more stable and I'm regaining confidence in my knee again. It alows me to bend and twist, although slowly, I know I can do it now. Biggest benefit is being able to put weight on my knee once again

I placed and paid for an order on April…

I placed and paid for an order on April 23rd, 2024. Since then I have heard nothing nor have I received the goods I ordered. I have emailed the company several times with no response. It is now over a month since I placed my order and I am out of pocket the money I paid. I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication so there has been no customer service.

I bought an IPL device

I bought an IPL device. It does not work as advertised. Attempted to avail of the 60 day money back guarantee and requested to return the item but my (repeated) emails were ignored. Additionally, my PayPal dispute has now been rejected so my only recourse is small claims court (not worth it financially) or the police. I'm calling the police tomorrow. I am absolutely disgusted.

Do Not Waste Your Money!

First, they stink when you take them out of the package. Second the sizing appears to be off. Mine seemed overly large so size down what you think you should have according to their size chart. Third the Velcro doesn't stay stuck - it's not industrial strength Velcro so comes undone with little effort - in some cases I couldn't get it to stick at all. Do yourself a favor and spend $30 on a CopperSafe compression foot sleeve (or other similar foot sleeve) from your local drugstore and save yourself the $50 they charge for these.

Returns aren’t hassle free as advertised

Their hassle free money back guarantee only gives you two choices: return the product to a China address, which I’m sure will cost more than the product itself, or receive a 30% refund. They do not stand by their one size fits most product. If you order, order via Amazon instead for a hassle free return!

Terrible service

Tried to order a pair of this item but never able to actually push a tab indicating I wanted to order. Then I get their email saying I have been charged and it is on the way. When I tried to contact them calling their toll free number had to list to this very annoying music for several minutes only to be disconnected. TWICE! My advice is have nothing to do with these people because they sure as hell did not respect me

SCAM!

Like other reviews, if I could rate a zero I would!
I purchased the Radiance Facial Beauty machine and it doesn’t even work! I have tried numerous times emailing the support “ team” with no response. I’ve tried many times calling the 800 number and there is a recording that tells you to wait on the line. You wait and wait and then it drops your call. Very frustrating and I believe we have all been scammed! I’m going to report this company!
