Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service
The website promised 3-5 day delivery, but after placing my order, the estimated delivery time shown was significantly longer. I immediately contacted customer support to cancel the order if it couldn't be delivered within the promised timeframe, but received no response.
The package was finally sent to PostNord after 2 weeks—well beyond the advertised delivery window. By that time, I was traveling abroad and couldn't collect it. PostNord returned the package to the seller, but I have not received a refund for the returned item.
The combination of misleading delivery promises, unresponsive customer service, and lack of refund processing makes this experience completely unacceptable.
Update: After posting this review, Carethy reached out and issued a refund for the returned package. The original issues with delivery and response time still stand, but the matter has since been resolved.

Customer service never contacted me back
I had an allergic reaction to a product I purchased on their website. The manufacturer agreed to give me a refund through the seller (Carethy). However, the seller never reached back to me. I will never again buy from them if this issue doesn't get resolved
UPDATE:
Customer services reached out a month ago promising that post sales would contact me to resolve the issue. Initially the customer care team replied to my messages asking me to bear with them. Now not even that. They must've closed my ticket as I even got a survey about my experience with customer care. What a joke of customer service! This was my last time buying from this seller or recommending them to anyone.

Good product, lengthy delivery.
Good product, good price. The item was, however, shipped from overseas, extending the delivery period to over 1 week; not good if you want it in a hurry.
Despite this, Caricol is an effective digestive aid, especially if taken before bedtime. I've been taking this for years, and it's far more useful than any other medication I've been prescribed. Great for IBS, indigestion, gastric varies, and so on.
