I paid $999 for a years worth of GLP1 and after the call with the nurse, was denied for service. This was a couple of months ago or so. I have tried to call(busy) and sent 2 emails with no response and no refund. I just want my money back since I didn’t qualify, according to them. Avoid at all costs. Expensive and nearly impossible to get in touch with their support team for order issues. Their phone line always says they are busy and hangs up on you. Additionally it takes days to get an email response.
