We take accusations like this very seriously, and the claims in this review are simply not accurate.
We do not have access to or store customers’ credit card or personal payment information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal, two of the largest and most trusted payment processors in the world. At no point can we see, collect, or “steal” anyone’s card details.
If a customer is ever charged incorrectly or a report is not delivered, we resolve it quickly through our support system or directly via PayPal or Stripe, both of which offer full buyer protection. Chargebacks and refunds are handled transparently and documented.
Regarding customer service, we use an AI-assisted chat to provide faster responses, but real human support is available and actively resolves issues every day. Claiming “no customer service” is not accurate.
We encourage the reviewer to contact us directly so we can look up the transaction and resolve any legitimate issue. False claims about fraud or stolen information do not reflect how our platform operates or how payments are handled.

This review is misleading and does not reflect how our service operates.
If a report is not delivered, we either complete the delivery or issue a refund. We do not keep money for undelivered services. Every transaction is logged through Stripe or PayPal, both of which provide full buyer protection and a clear refund trail.
We also do not handle or store any customer payment information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe and PayPal, and we never see card details.
If the reviewer believes they were not refunded, we invite them to contact support with the email used at checkout so we can locate the transaction and resolve it immediately. Posting accusations without engaging support prevents resolution and does not change the transaction record.
We are happy to resolve any legitimate issue.

DO NOT WORK WITH CARFAX DEALS They are a scam the website works sometimes but many times there are issues… I had bought 40 reports and 20 of them disappeared. Then I bought another subscription because I needed a report asap figuring they would refund me when they realized their mistake but they claimed because I used one report of the 40 I couldn’t get a refund… even though I had already paid for 20 that disappeared. The customer service lady AMBROSE even acknowledged they were having a system problem but still told me to pound sand about the $69 I paid them. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

Legitimate reseller for CARFAX, great support
This is legit! Thanks to previous Trustpilot reviews, I took a chance and was impressed by the cost and authenticity. It was basically the same report as I had gotten directly from CARFAX three years ago.
I had some questions about being able to share my vehicle report with potential buyers of my car. Their customer support person was very quick to respond, wrote in perfect English, and was friendly.
You can't get a sharable link to your report like you can directly at CARFAX. However, I requested a PDF of the report from their customer support, and was sent one immediately. I was told an automated PDF is in the works.
