This company has vanished. No working email address, telephone number or website. Lucky my claim was processed (the forwarding contact and processing Law Firm was McDermotts Law) otherwise I would be worried what happened to my wife's personal details that where submitted.

McDermott however confirmed they never received my wife's details, despite her submitting her claim before me.

McDermott said to pick it up with the claim introducing company which would be Car Finance Compensation, but since April, they vanished from the internet, so she can't get in touch with them which I relayed to McDermott.

In return they said they usually don't accept outside claims once they started working and accepting claim applications from third parties and they'd look into what they can do. That was three weeks ago. Ever since crickets...

I am a little concerned regarding lack of visibility of any claim and silence is not golden in this case. The longer you leave it the more worried you get with regards if you will hear anything. Paperwork supplied but no ongoing contact, They only start reacting when you chase and even then there is nothing substantial in their communication. Be Wary.
