It was exactly the kind of car I wanted to get, at a reasonable price and with very good conditions.

The rental process was simple and reliable. The company contacted me and even delivered to the airport terminal I was arriving at despite their counter is at another terminal. The car was in working condition but can tell it was an older model. Airconditioning was superb in hot weather. I had the unlucky experience of the fuel dropping below what we had to maintain just as I dropped off the car. I offered to pay for it but the company waived it off without penalties. It was a really affordable rental and no surprise the car was old. Overall, services from Paradise Rental was top notch!

Easy to find the vehicle I wanted

The rental agreement clearly stated a corolla or similar. Yet when the vehicle arrived_ it was from a lesser category which could have cost half of the current rental price. I was also being put under pressure by the company to take the car before the requested time as they had parked in a drop off only zone and needed the car to be moved quickly. The handover took forever and I had wait for them to check if they could accommodate me in arranging the category of vehicle paid for. In the end_ this whole issue took over 90 minutes_ delayed my departure and I had to travel to their open air yard and wait for someone and make over 10 phone calls. I was the joke of my colleagues who were all upset because I had dealt with a third grade company. The employees that dealt with me could see the irritation of my colleagues and scolding that I was getting for this dealing with a fly by night company. Needless to say_ I had changed the vehicle which was not in the best of conditions as it parks under the sky and has almost 40 000 kms. I have never seen a rental vehicle with such high mileage. Unfortunately_ I was in a jam and it was too late to get another vehicle. Suffice to say_ dealing with your company has caused undue stress and delays and I will never deal with carflexi again. I will also make my comments known online so that others are not taken for a ride and disadvantaged by your company and its unprofessional partners.

Booking was easy and straightforward. The car supplier suggested -Felirent - was efficient. Thank you!

Car was clean and I requested 2 child seats that were provided

Good booking procedure, but Carflexi is not fully aligned with the local company.
Opening and closing hour of local office was different. Full Insurance pack is not the one provided by the local company, in case of incident client has to pay and ask for reimbursement later, not fair.

The telephone number they give me was not able. It was inpossible to reach the rental company. We could not get our car.

I booked the full insurance option on the Carflexi website, but when I arrived at my destination, Alamo said the Carflexi website was incorrect and I had to pay an additional €200 to get the insurance I had already requested...

Nothing to complain

Need to get more credible service providers and need to disclose all information prior to booking finalisation.

Very easy booking and confirmation process

Very satisfied - however I later discovered that although I paid for a FULL cover insurance policy, the cover was not by the rental company, but by Car Flexi. So when I took the vehicle, a €1300 access deposit was still withheld by the rental company.
Had I returned the car with damage I would have had to start a process with CarFlexi to get the €1300 reimbursed.
I don’t know how simple that process would have turned out to be.
I feel that this was not made clear to me during the booking stage from the CarFlexi website.
Still, I returned the car without any damages so all’s well that ends well.

From pickup at the airport to picking up the car, the service was exceptional. Would highly recommend. 😊
