I've not once had an issue with carfume!
they always deliver, even in busy Christmas months they never disappoint!
When my brand new spray broke in my car they re sent one to me, that's fabulous customer service!

Fabulous car fumes! They smell just like the actual perfume and aftershave scents. Super quick delivery and they look so lovely in the car. Would highly reccomend.

I bought one of these in the range at Xmas and it’s incredible. Long lasting and I have bought a few more and a gift set that I picked up in Halfords too. Great gift and a nice treat for me!

I bought a hanging air freshener from halfords.it has started to leak melted the plastic,halfords said get in touch with carfume,,which i did.told me they wont replace it!

They will not address the damage that is caused by the scent dripping on to the cars plastic.Of all the reviews,they address related postage etc,and make the customers look stupid,yet won't address the damage they do.I sent pictures of the damage ,,no reply..Only after I put a bad review on here,,and countless emails,,did I get a generic email saying my item is being shipped out.Still no response to pictures I sent of the melted plastic!!!

This is the best car freshener I have tried, even better when you can get an aerosol to back it up.
Will be buying these again for definite

Recently got the winter angel. It smells just like lush snow fairy. Absolutely gorgeous and long lasting. My car smells lush

Purchased the Winter Angel scent which smells so good. Lasts much longer than normal car fresheners and doesn’t fade after a few weeks.

Scent, presentation and customer service wonderful

Have used many times before from online and in stores.
Had a slight problem this time and they couldn’t have solved the issue any quicker from product to customer service 10/10.

I installed the Carfume clip to position my air freshener on the front air vent. As a taxi driver, every customer inquires about its origin, remarking on its pleasant fragrance.

Ordered nearly 2weeks ago for next day delivery and not received my order. I have emailed several times and I’m being ignored. £60 down the drain, customer service is appallingly

My expensive order was sent to the wrong address, a different county altogether. Jeff from customer services was brilliant. Helped me all the way...was professional and helpful and got a new order sent to me while saying he would be looking into the bad delivery.

i have had a few of these products and they are really good!! smells exactly like the products name and lasts a while. the sprays are great aswell and i think the price is reasonable for the product

I was a bit wary of ordering from this company as I haven't heard of them. But I must say I am pleasantly surprised with my orders. They kept in touch by email and dispatch. They smell amazing. They are for gifts but kept one for myself as I really liked it. Will be ordering from them again
