Auftragsdetails - 63593609
We have sent a small pallet (Auftragsdetails - 63593609) in October 2020.
The pallet was damaged during transportation and the content of a carton was not usable anymore.
Our customer didn't accept the cargo because Cargoboard's driver was not able to speak German or English and was not ready to sign a damage record! So the cargo has been returned to us. Cargoboard charged us also a return cost!
We sent images of damaged cartons, copy of email from the customer, and claimed shipping cost plus cost of only one carton that was not usable anymore, but they didn't take any responsibility just a short email that said the pallet possibly was damaged before shipping and insurance would not accept.
We even had a photo of the pallet that we took before shipping as a record!
Now have two options just ignore 300€ or take the case to court and waste a lot of time!

Consistently Awful!
Consistently Awful!! I had an issue with a collection which I contacted customer service and was assured that this had been rearranged. AGAIN they did not collect my pallets? I think I am going to have to find another more reliable company to deal with our pallet deliveries in Germany!!
Even after speaking with the Customer service team my issues have not been resolved?

Best front end but customer service needs some training
A bit of nonsense in the Customer Service, they blocked my live-chat for nothing after providing nonsense explanations for a delay during the pickup. But the front-end the best I saw and no mess. Really good visibility.
