A great and informative site but when leaving a requisite behind asking for only petrol cars they send you diesel cars too...irritating hence the score.

It was car gurus who helped me find my latest ride, they advised that it was a great deal which gave me the confidence to buy

The Website is not available in my country Algeria, and that's not satisfying as I am here in Algeria and I am trying to find a reliable car for me unfortunately Website not working.

So yesterday I receive an email from a hacking group demanding I pay them thousands of pounds or they’ll release personal data from my phone after CarGurus compromised my personal data to them. I’ve reported the email to the relevant authorities. After some investigation, CarGurus has indeed compromised the personal data of millions of people through on site cookies. It would have been the decent things to notify users of this, however, I’ve received no notification of this breach. I’ve been in touch with my solicitors in regards to suing them for the breach. Do NOT accept cookies on their site and avoid altogether to be safe.

Don't send me preapproved emails and reject me straight away idiots full time job good income and guantor with own home and you still refuse.

A surprisingly good range of cars on there, all reasonably priced – I would say better than Autotrader in that respect. Their app is good too – I still use it regularly to go car shopping.

All I would say are some of the dealers are a bit dodgy-looking (using questionable email addresses and unprofessional language) – maybe a bit more dealership vetting is needed?

The platform has unique features which makes it very much worth checking out when searching for a used vehicle. It's a bit clunky to use and not all traders are listed, so it's 4 out of 5 from me.

Poor website as not operational most of the time
App not compatible with android for some reason too.

Great selection of companies to choose from, and a wide range kf filters to help locate your ideal car

Great way to keep updated on your chosen vehicle without you having to constantly sift through huge numbers of cars or vans

I don't really write bad reviews but if you are a car dealer looking to advertise with them think twice as they are quick to get you enrolled on a long contract saying they'll give you a free month or 2 but the volume of leads just aren't there are all!!

Been stuck on a 6 month contract hoping it ends every day, when I get hit with a massive bill when no cars are selling through them, would not recommend selling through this platform.

I have no problems with car guru , they always are very friendly and also give good advice , when I want a car I will definitely get one from their site hopefully soon

Accurate, up to date listings. Gives all the information i want and appreciate the update e-mails.
