They deserve 0 + 0 star scaming people's deposits you think you will make millions are money come out from you and your families what kind of religion you have scaming innocent people who believe on your words i took car on 30th March leave the deposit leave the car in 9 days it mentioned on the documents you will receive your deposit back in 30 days its 52 days now keep msgs and ringing them no reply at all very rude on the website mentioned 24 hours service what kind of service is this if you no reply your coustmers when it was the time to leave deposit very kind and cultural and as soon you leave your deposit all gone beware all Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 people the country full of scammers very shameful and really disappointed

We rented a car from this company in December first for all the car was very dirty and smelling like cigarettes secondly we were promised to get our deposit back they never paid it back up until now we are arguing with them to get our deposit and they don’t even respond to our messages anymore. Stay away very unprofessional

Beware!!!!!!!Dont ever took a car from this company!!!!!I contacted the number on WhatsApp listed on Carhirebaku.com website, but the person I spoke with was rude. He repeatedly sent voice messages in an unprofessional manner, claiming the website wasn’t working and questioning how I could book a car. Since I found his contact on the website, which was working fine, I pointed this out. In response, he said I didn’t need to teach him how to run his business and role. He then added that he wouldn’t rent me the car and asked me to cancel.

Booked a rental fo Compact SUV. 1 night before, they call and said no car available. So they can only me Land Cruiser which is 150 usd extra of what I said. After so much arguments, they agreed to give me Tucson.
- as per the contract they were supposed to charge me AZN 200, but they charged me AZN 300 as security.
- the car provided was very dirty from outside and absolutely not clean
- as per the contract, it was supposed to a fill tank what they were supposed to provide me, but they provided an empty tank
- the car seat I paid extra for around 70 USD, they provided me a broken car seat and for which they even declined to remove the charges.
- While returning they also told me that they will charge 10 AZN for car cleaning which they did not mention before.

Overall a very stressing experience from them. Just hoping they will return all my security back without any deductions
