Good prices & friendly staff
Good prices on the website and when I had to ring up they staff I've delt with have been very friendly and helpful.
Twice I have tried to book online through blue insurance, and it has told me that I am unable to do so online, so I've had to ring the company directly.
When I do get onto the friendly staff they quote me a higher price, which seems to come off of the car hire excess website.
One person, Mandy, if I remember correctly, was extremely helpful in trying to find a solution, but I was on hold for so long that I had to go back to work. (Not her fault, she was going above and beyond to help me)
