If you want to buy a used Japanese car and import it to the Ireland. Car Hub Japan is the best option. It is absolutely true that C.H.J focuses on quality and offers market competitive prices.I had the opportunity to get acquainted with a very responsible and reliable person his name Henry. He is very supportive and knowledgeable. He explained my requirements and presented me with the most relevant options.

Stay away from this company it's fraud . I bought 1 car I am in dublin if any questions please ask chj my contact details . I am happy to help anyone. Car I bought was 3.5 rating. It's not mention in auction sheet windows are not working but when I received my car all windows was not opening and rare camera was not working paid 370 euros for electric windows. When I ask chj about that reply was it's stock car and dealer might have changed auction sheet. The agent who sold me car he was fired from company because as per them he was not good in his job . It's very unprofessional company stay away but if you still want to work good luck

Update to anyone still looking to buy from Autohub japan. I just spoke to another representive (Keith Maison) who said that my money is not with autohub japan anymore and can’t see it in their account when I have clear proof that my money was sent into autohub japans account, I also got a email from Keith Maison only two days ago that says they would return my money with the purchase of 3 cars - meaning they won’t return my money directly, the only way I can get my money is to buy 3 cars which will have “discounts” from MY money that they have. The fact that they want to “return” my money with 3 the purchase of 3 other cars just proves that they do intact see my money in their account and Keith Maison just lied to me on the phone. This company is not to be trusted on any terms. They are scammers.

I am fully satisfied with my decision. I have purchased a used Nissan Serena from Car Hub Japan and imported it to Trinidad and Tobago. There is nothing that needs to be fixed in the car and its running absolutely fine. Thanks a lot!

They are good to you until you pay them the money. They will contact you every single day- almost every hour until you transfer the money into their account. Then once they get the money, they dont care!!

Paid them payment of the car on 11th Dec 2018 they sent me an official invoice for receipt of payment and promised car will be shipped on 28th Dec and will be in NZ by 15th Jan 2019. Then closer to 28th Dec when i tried to confirm shipment of car, they said due to holidays car not shipped, we will ship around 10th-15th Jan and car will be in NZ by end of Jan... Then again they said car not shipped yet... We will surely ship on 5th Feb... I even got a official email from their Regional Manager- Maria Dsouza saying car has been shipped.

Then i tried to contact them to give me Shipping Documents, Bill of Lading etc... and no one was responding to my emails... I tried through their Live Chat option on their website and all they said was "Sorry for the inconvenience" "Sales team will contact you ASAP as your case is high priority". No one contacted me as expected.

On 14th Feb they sent me "Checking Bill of Lading" which had no date, but had the Car Chasis number. When i finally managed to track the car through Chasis number on JFA.co.jp wensite, i got to know that the car was still in Japan and was going to be shipped on that day itself. So basically for the last 2 months they have been making a fool out of me and telling lies with so much confidence. God only knows how long it will take me to get the shipping documents from them and actually get possession of the car. They have blocked me from commenting on their Facebook and Instagram. Only reviews you will see on their pages are positive as they block the "REAL" reviews people have.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF from the STRESS and do not buy cars from Car Hub Japan.

I have all calls, whatsapp conversations and emails as proof so that they cant say that I am not giving a real review.

Car Hub Japan is the best option for used Japanese cars. They've the best prices, good quality cars, and a very courteous staff. They also offer attractive discounts which are a great value addition for importers like us who purchase in bulk. Shipments always reach on time to Jamaica and there are no payment issues. Happy customer!

Car Hub Japan is cheat & fraud. After sending wrong vehicle & agreeing to the fact that its their mistake. Michael from Car Hub called and told me that since the car already reached Island we cant do anything. I told them this is injustice & I will reach out to different organizations /social media for justice. His reply was you do whatever you want.

I paid money in October, received wrong vehicle in January & after months of waiting this injustice I received. They took all details multiple times but just for formality. Mistakes can happen but this is clear case of being dishonest. They do not have ethics- CHEATERS !!!
