Booking, cancellation, re-booking
Salih has ben very patient with my friend Jessie and I, June holiday was cancelled, refund obtained for me, asked to send it to me. he was then asked to get prices for October, then when I had a holiday booked to go to Spain in September cancelled, he then re-booked us to go to same Hotel in September. We all now keep our fingers crossed.

Our team have been working very hard to operate flights between Turkey and UK through very hard times and they have been doing their very best to respond to hundreds of customers.
In your case the poor communication you mentioned was about your flight from Istanbul that was rescheduled. You were sent an email with your new details. But couldn't get an immediate response when you asked for a reconfirmation of your new flight details.
I believe you can understand that we as an industry are passing through very challenging times and operating these flights when even flag carriers were not operating is not a easy task to achieve. Therefore I hope you understand the reason you didn't get the response earlier than expected was not because you didn't make a fuss earlier, but because our team was dealing with many other requests received from other customers.
We hope that you don't shy away from us due to your recent experience affected by the ongoing challanges and give our team a chance to show you our true customer experience in the future.
