When I filled out the details with Tracy, I forgot about it until 13 Jan. Only to discover the lifesaving amount of £400 had been in my account since 6th Jan already! Wow, I was able to get someone to help with compression stockings, go to dentist for checkup etc! Thank you so much!!

Very simple telephone interview.
Quick process, I can't fault the experience at all.

My experience from day one was impressive, I phoned the enquiry number and I was greeted by a very friendly lady who took my details and told me their representative who deals with the claims would phone me back, which they did next day. The whole process took approx half an hour asking me questions...all very relaxing and friendly. Eight weeks later I received my back dated money and it's helped me from struggling each month. When you are applying for extra financial support because of challenging health issues Caring Futures make the application an easy path. They are extremely understanding and helpful through every step of the application which can be an emotional roller coaster when it comes to a loved one.

I was first contacted by the company last year (2025). After answering a few questions I was told that maybe entitled to Attendance Allowance. At the time I didn't take them up on their offer but made my own enquiries and found out that they are well recommended so in June 2026 I got back in touch with them. An appointment on the telephone was made and all the costs explained to me. I was called back, on time, and interviewed very sympathetically about my health and home life. At the end of the interview I was told that they were confident that an application would succeed and I went ahead. Within minutes DWP responded by email confirming the application and I received the higher rate of AA within 10 weeks of the application and back dated to the date of application.
