One Star — If I Could, I’d Give Minus Five!”
I gave one star — if negative stars existed, this would easily deserve minus five.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company.
My first order arrived in a completely unacceptable condition. The packaging was heavily damaged and looked as if it had already been opened.
After waiting nearly two weeks for a replacement, I received another product — which is also defective. The electric kids’ car does not work properly; out of four wheels, only one functions, making it completely unusable.
What makes this situation even worse is the extremely long delay for the second delivery. It took almost three times longer than the initial shipment. Because of this, I strongly suspect that the company simply resent the same returned product that I had previously rejected. I cannot prove this, but the circumstances make it very hard to believe otherwise — which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
Customer support is also very slow to respond, adding to the overall negative experience.
On top of everything, there was no return label or any return code included, leaving me without any proper way to send the product back. This is incredibly frustrating and shows a complete lack of basic customer service.
I have completely lost trust in this company. This experience has been unacceptable from start to finish, and I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from here.
