I ordered an earring on the 6th of…

I ordered an earring on the 6th of July, with expected delivery between the 10th to the 14th of July

It is now the 16th and I haven’t heard anything… not great

Delivery was late and was sent the…

Delivery was late and was sent the wrong item not as pictured. I have emailed and am awaiting a response for the error to be rectified, but so far disappointed. Did reach out to their customer service about the late delivery and they were prompt and friendly, but I’ve now encountered a second issue.

Order arrived and earrings were low…

Order arrived and earrings were low quality and not what I ordered. One simple stud was far larger than portrayed and a curved stud was completely different. Hoops were presented as conch suitable and will definitely not fit. Poor poor show - do not buy
