I'm a fan of buying the beer on tap but from their website there seems to be some serious mismanagement. I ordered a bunch from their website around a month ago as a quick holiday gift to a friend and the beer still hasn't been delivered. I mean what???

Awful Customer Service

Purchased tray of Carlsberg and 2 cans were empty. Apparently damaged by pallet nail. Given three £2.50 vouchers which could be used in one go at Morrisons. except the store manager said they couldn't. Carlsberg Production Manager asked for details to verify I was correct. Despite this additional inconvenience he maintains that this is good customer service - just £2.50 of a tray used in the end.
Do you agree this is good customer service?

Like any beer

I prefer crafted, only crafted beer!!! Others are just similar to each, not even a tiny difference! Carlsberg, at least, has some flavor and less killing strong beers, leaving some time to reflect and only then switching off… LMFAO I guess for sake of not spending time to find craft beer, it can be considered as a summer refreshing option. At least, I know I won't get poisoned…

Carlsberg export has because another lager that’s a shadow of its self

Carlsberg export in my mind used to be the best drink for years skip forward to 2025 and something has changed, the beer is lifeless and little to no form head anymore, I’m trying this while staring at the awful pint I just poured, don’t know what happened but that’s it, 1664 lost its spark, Heineken did too, the only half decent for the price is San Miguel, but the best is the real Spain beer mahou but when not on deal it’s too pricey.

If I could give Carlberg 0 stars I…

If I could give Carlberg 0 stars I would. I had same problem separating the cans. This will never happen again as I will avoid Carlsberg at all costs. Consumer contact number on cans Is directed at businesses only not the end user. Spoke to an absolutely useless agent who asked to phone same number that I had dialed.
Another example of an overpaid MD who never reads reviews and has no idea what goes on in his own business and has no respect for customers. Goodbye Carlsberg

Purchased 4 cans of Carlsberg Export on 14/06/24 and, when I tried to separate the glued cans together, one burst open spraying the can's contents over my kitchen.

I reported this the same day via their "chat" functionality that unexpectedly cut me off. Phoned 4 numbers today 17/06/24 including (a) from the can (b) from google search (c) given by people who answered my earlier calls and none were able to help by resolving this issue or giving me the number of someone who could.

It gets the job done

It gets the job done! Pretty good beer. You get what you expect out of a beer. Simple is that. Good to crack one up after work, good to grab a few ones with friends every now and then at the sunday barbeque on a hot day. nice.

the New packaging for carlsberg cans

whoever thought of the new packaging for cheap cans to use extra strong glue/silicone needs head exmining,What a completely stupid and ridiculous idea you cant separate cans without the enevitable happening either it explodes and goes everywhere and you soaked in lager !! or if you have a disability where hands haven't got dexterity your just left looking at it .
wonder what they will come up next.
maybe if carlsberg started receiving compensation claims for injury or damage to property they may have rethink !!!!🤬😡
but so long as the money for their beers &lagers keep rolling into them and shareholders they wont bother !!

Cheap packaging

The new ultra cheap packaging sticking cheap tin cans together with ultra strong silicone is the most stupid idea to date. When you try separating the cans, the inevitable happens.

Average beverage

Carlsberg is one of those beer brands that doesn't let you down, but it doesn't bring anything new to the table either. Drinkable beer at an affordable price, but it's as default as it gets.

Mediocre beer

For a brand that has so much advertisement and sponsors, you'd expect a really good beer. Sadly, not the case.

Carlsberg Leaking Cans Poor Customer Service - Definitely Not the Best in the World

I purchase a pack of Carlsberg Beer at the weekend usually the 20 pack but since the rebranding/reformulation of the beer the packs have shrank to 18 but the price remains the same. So probably more benefit to Carlsberg financially than their customers. The beer hasn't changed a great amount but the quality of the cans that contain it certainly seem to have deteriorated. On a number of occasions i have had leaks into my car boot or the other shopping items from the Carlsberg packs..

I contacted Carlsberg and informed them of this. They denied that there was an issue and they had no knowoledge of the problem. I immediately contacted a local Publican who confirmed that indeed there was a problem with their cans. They had been informed by their delivery supplier of the issue and told to be careful handling the product. Despite informing Carlsberg of this they apparently know nothing.

They eventually wanted the cans back to check them which would be fair enough except that would remove any evidence whatsoever. Rather strangely they informed me that they do not want the leaked beer back, does anybody hold onto a can that has leaked - that seems incredibly odd to say the least. What made this more suspicious is that they want the name of the Publican I talked to....why? so you can manipulate and pressure them into saying absolutely nothing.

There is an issue with the quality of their product, They resort to denial and damage limitation. They had to change their beer despite claiming it was ''probably the best in he world''. mmm must have been a lie. Now, they are again propelling the myth that all is well and nothing to see here, guess what there is a lot to see and investigaate in Carlsberg. What is happening in their manufacturing plant? since the rebranding process their beer is leaking out of the cans they use. Sort out your quality control and stop misleading loyal customers with blatant and downright lies about quality issues.
