Tried to book a flight - got right to payment then told flight wasn't available. Re- tried and flight was available but £200 more expensive . Tried again later same day and price reduced £100! Very annoying

Nimi is a star!
With the turmoil happening in the Middle East and a daughter in Perth who suddenly receives an email from BA to tell her that her return flight via Doha has been cancelled, my heart sank. Suddenly booking via a travel agent seemed a bad idea vs booking direct with the airline. But no! Despite fearing that getting Carlton Leisure to even answer the phone was going to be difficult enough we hit the jackpot when put through to Nimi. Having explained the situation, she said she would contact BA and get an alternative hopefully that day and she did. So easy and stress free. If you are booking with Carlton Leisure I definitely recommend Nimi. A previous interaction with Joseph was less than ideal but Nimi has completely restored our faith in Carlton Leisure
