Abhi the team manager was excellent at booking tickets for us when we couldn’t fly with emirates because of the war. Then when we needed to change my ticket because I needed to stay longer he was very accommodating and helpful and managed to push forward my ticket for a later date with a cost of course but that was fine. He is very pleasant and professional.

Abhi has been extremely helpful with rebooking my flights after the airline cancelled our original flights.
Abhi also made sure I was In receipt of all my new documentation.

Worst website i have ever experienced its been 5 days i have booked my tickets i havent received my e-ticket when iam trying to call customer care ever single day they start telling you will receive by day end but that never happened iam travelling this week but still tickets are not issued . Customer care keep us on hold and try to end the call always . Never book tickets with them and loose your money. They finally picked my call and said you ticket is cancelled due to air line error ,now again i have to pay lots to book other ticket completely fraud .

We planned a Trip of A Lifetime visiting family in both Australia and New Zealand , taking three months to explore and take in some sightseeing as well. In our 70s, we wanted to be comfortable and decided to fly business class. We came across Carlton Leisure and spoke to Nimi, one of their advisors.

Nimi couldn't have been more helpful assisting our search and quickly found us ideal flights with premium airlines to Australia, onward a month later to new Zealand, and a return flight home after two months direct to London. Not only did Nimi find us the best flights, she also negotiated an amazing deal saving us more than £5000 on the expected cost of business class flights.

Sadly, two months after organising our dream trip, I was diagnosed with cancer and was immediately given a course of radiotherapy and advised that I would need to follow that with chemo and immunotherapy. We were initially hopeful our trip could still go ahead but Doctors subsequently advised us the extended treatment meant we had to cancel.

Fortunately, we had travel insurance but it was not entirely clear how we had to claim. I contacted Nimi for advice..and she immediately put our minds at rest, said she would arrange for a refund of airport taxes ( this came thtough wiyhin days!) and advised how to claim the balance from the insurers.

As I write, we have now received full settlement from the Indurance company.

Nimi could not have been more helpful first in arranging the flights and then making sure of our cancellation refund. She really was first class.

I am responding well to treatment and hope to rearrange our tour down under for early next year. Without hesitation, we will be turning to Nimi again for advice and assistance!

My tickets got cancelled instead of receiving the full amount the company wants to charge me £75 admin fee. I’m sorry but I did not cancell my ticket you did. So how on earth you have the cheek to charge me admin fee
