A good 5mm thick rubber mat.quick delivery and a good fit.no complaints!

The mats for our new Citroen C3 fitted perfectly. They have tails which continue under the front seats which was not the case from some other suppliers viewed online.
Also the bright blue beading matched similar decals in the car.
Competitively priced and arrived about 24 hours after ordering.
Well done.

Great Customer service. Cant fault these people. When my ppsrcel didn't arrive they immediately sent another. Great service great product. Would definitely recommend this company.

Liars, slow delivery and non-existent customer service.

Ordered two products from them via B&Q Marketplace, as I required them asap and they offered guaranteed delivery which was the only reason I purchased from them. Only one item was received by the guaranteed date.

When I raised with them directly, Katie said it had been misrouted and that it wasn't their fault (even though a clear breach of contract), with no further action than to contact them again if not received.

Not satisfied with this I spoke to B&Q directly who confirmed they were in-fact responsible for selecting the courier and meeting the guaranteed delivery date. As an escalation they then contacted the seller suggesting reasonable compensation for this breach.

I then get a response from Kate, who is either being deliberately incompetent or genuinely doesn't care enough to do her job. She just shares a photo of the first item being delivered (that was never in dispute), and says hopefully this will help you find the order. Farcical when the previous message from them acknowledged they'd misrouted it.

Worst customer service I've experienced and felt like they had genuine contempt for me as a customer. Would strongly recommend avoiding.

Would not buy from anyone else easy to order next day delivery

Second time I've bought mats from Car Mat Co. Excellent quality product, easy to order, quick delivery and value for money.

I found the website very easy to navigate, the ordering process very straightforward free delivery which is always a bonus, I went for the cheapest option for the mats
And was pleasantly surprised with the quality and fit, excellent for the price, you can get universal mats cheaper but it's worth paying that little extra for the tailored fit
Overall very satisfied would highly recommend

I feel that I must advise all customer using this website that you should not buy any car mats from them. The mats are absolutely cheaply made and do not last more than 5/ 10 uses . They are not interested in an exchange or a refund and do not want to assist.
Do not waste your money as the item is not usable.Go to other websites and purchase your items.They are only interested in getting your money then not worried about what happens afterwards. They are unprofessional and unhelpful. They are money grabbing greedy company not to be trusted or used.
You have been warned….

Well made and very well fitting.

The car mats arrived swiftly after ordering. They are not the most aesthetically pleasing on the eye and they could have been manufactured better. The front passenger side mat is not the best fit as it doesn't align to the footwell.

Delivered quickly and the rubber mats for the Qashqai fitted perfectly .
