What a great company. Have one of the new Chinese cars, a Chery Tiggo 7. Wanted mats to protect existing interior but was sceptical about whether they could provide for this make. What a lovely surprise when they came, fitted perfectly and look great. Will probably order a boot mat now.

I recently purchased the boot liner from Carmats4u for my Skoda Enyaq, and I’m really impressed. It arrived promptly, which was a great start, and the quality lived up to expectations. The fit is absolutely perfect for the boot space.
I also opted for the black velour anti-slip carpet insert, and it was definitely worth it—it adds a nice premium touch while helping keep everything in place.

These are a must, great quality and fit lovely, improved the overall look of the interior for a fraction of the price compared to the OEM mats that Audi offer. Easy to order with a very friendly website, delivery didn't take too long to arrive.

Received my order of Luxury Michelin Rubber Mats for my Skoda Scala and the durable rubber boot mat. All fit perfectly.

Rubber smell not too strong.

Took 2 weeks for order to arrive although it's worth mentioning I did order over the Easter holiday period. These also aren't cheap, mass produced mats from China, they were custom made here in the UK so the quality is worth the wait.

Delivered by Evri who are very good in our area.

I was in no rush for the mats, delivery took a little longer than expected, just under two weeks. I bought rubber mats for an Hyundai Tucson and am overall disappointed in the quality/fit of the mats. The front driver mat seems to be a smaller fit, I would expect rubber mats to have at least a small lip round the edge to stop dirt/water running off however these do not. Overall I do not find these mats of much use at protecting the main carpet. I was also unable to submit a review using the emails sent from the company asking for a review as the “submit review” button would not activate when all fields had been completed.

Following on from my initial review I would add there a 6 cars in our family so we know where to place further orders when the time arises as I mentioned previously a bad experience from a seller on a well known website sent me to this supplier & I can't fault their customer service

Everything was okay ordering it's the product that's the issue, I paid £77 for Chery tiggo mats and I got very thin cheap stuff that won't stay flat for long I bet. Definitely not ordering again.

I chose this company because their car mats were manufactured in the UK. I was not disappointed and they are very well made and good quality

I have now had 5 sets of mats now 2 sets for my car one winter an one summer plus the wive has had the same but she recently got a new car so I ordered her a set plus a boot mat we are both really impressed with the quality. I also know that these are all made in house as I delivered some raw material in a container a few weeks ago I would recommend

I waited nearly 3 months for my Dacia Duster boot liner.,apart from the poor quality(Iunderstood it was rubber,but it not ,more like a hard plastic,and not custom made at all!

Following this review my mats were made and dispatched. Nice response from them but sad that I had to write a poor review to get any real response. Hope the quality is as described
3-5 day delivery when order placed with no mention of delays. Take the payment then no delivery within given dates. Mailed to ask for an update and get generic “we are currently very busy etc,etc. Check website and every product now has delays. No obvious method of cancelling and even delays on mail response
Avoid and go elsewhere if you can

I recently purchased a boot liner and carpet insert for my girlfriends Fiat 500. As with previous products I have bought from Carmats4U this was an excellent fit. In the past I have had boot liners and carpet inserts for both my Alfa Giulias and my Vitara. All have been of the same excellent quality. Indeed, on one occasion the liner in the Giulia saved the original carpet from a particularly nasty liquid spill which would have been a nightmare to rectify. Also, one big plus point with Carmats4U products is the smell.....or rather the lack of it! Many other similar liners and mats have an all pervading rubber or resinous smell...but Carmats4U's products don't!
For me, this is a very important issue, who wants their pride and joy to smell like that?
Aside from the excellent quality and fit of the products, the pricing is very competitive and delivery prompt.
All in all, a very satisfying consumer experience!

Good company to buy car mats from,well made ,tailored to suit vehicle.Just as good as the original mats that came with car.Add extras if you want ,trim levels ,luxury,colours ,heel pads etc
Waited a while before they came but worth the wait.
Would recommend .

UPDATE - After having issues below I am more than happy with the resolution provided by the company and I would certainly now give them another chance in the future.

Updated my rating to 5 for the after sales service.

Not very happy. I ordered on 31st March. It's now 9th April. Not even with the courier yet. Then it has to survive Evri. Funny it said despatched on April 1st - must have been April fools.
I probably could have ordered from China faster. Considering cancelling under distance selling. Not great. ORDER - 2000470950
