Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important these photographs are to families and regret that you were disappointed with the final result.

We constantly strive to make our pricing as affordable as possible for parents whilst ensuring we can still retain excellent quality and service for all our customers.

Like other service providers, there are many costs involved in producing the high-quality images our customers expect - from investing in highly trained photographers and top-of-the-range equipment through to the time invested in travel, photography and editing, among many other factors. It’s also worth noting that we only receive a return on this investment if parents choose to purchase their photos.

In respect of print sizes, we do not offer extra large prints as standard, as this helps us to keep postage and packaging costs as low as possible for parents, while still maintaining the quality and sharpness of the images provided.

Ensuring these memories are accessible to all families is at the heart of what we do.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Quality is at the heart of what we do, so it is disappointing to read this. We invest heavily in state-of-the-art equipment, ongoing training and post-production to ensure that every school photograph meets the highest standards.

Regarding mounts, we offer both mounted and unmounted photographs, as most of our parents prefer the flexibility of unmounted prints.

Our prices reflect the investment made up front in experienced photographers, professional-grade equipment, post-production and quality printing - all without any guarantee of purchase, meaning we only receive payment when families are happy and choose to order. We regularly review our pricing to remain in line with industry standards while maintaining the quality our customers expect.​

In terms of the background, the style of photography used is determined by the school and while many opt for a traditional full-class group photo, some schools do choose our contemporary composite style. We understand that preferences can vary and we're sorry if the photo didn’t meet your expectations.

Capturing natural smiles in a fast-paced school setting is always our goal and our photographers are trained to create a comfortable environment and encourage authentic expressions for every student but we cannot completely control the expressions of the children.

All our photographers have rigorous professional training and work with high-quality equipment to deliver consistent results. Nonetheless, your feedback is important to us. We want to reassure you that we never alter or edit any features of our subjects - including hair colour, hair length, facial features, or body shape. Our strict policy is to preserve every student's natural appearance, with only small adjustments to lighting or cropping for overall image quality. If your photo felt different from reality, please contact us directly so we can review this.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how special and important these moments are, especially when it’s the first time and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the selection and quality of the images you received.

As school photographers, we aim to capture each child’s unique smile and character, but on school photo days we are required to photograph hundreds of children within a very short time frame, so lesson time is not disrupted for the school or the children. This sometimes means we have only a brief moment with each child and can't always offer a large range of poses, but we always do our very best to make those moments count.​
