I would rate the Candela pants at a less than 1 level. Fraudulent advertising FOR SURE. The purchased product does not AT ALL match the received pair of pants. Pure polyester. Poorly made.
DO NOT BUY. SCAM.

Website is not functional & poorly operational. I suppose that saved me from purchasing as the reviews for their product indicate shoddy workmanship. The 1 item I bought was paid via PayPal & if I receive a poor product & service, PayPal will refund my money.

I purchased a dress from Carmen candela and I tried it on when taking it off the whole dress ripped!!! I spent money for nothing!!!!

I ordered the cable turtleneck & joggers. When the arrived they looked like they were a child’s size. I followed the instructions to return the items and have never received my money back!!! $130 down the drain! I have emailed them multiple times with no response. There is no phone # or I would have called them daily! I have since reported them to my credit card company in hopes that they can save someone else from throwing their money away on this scam of a company!!!

I bought a Cable Knit Sweater from Carmen Candela and although I bought the wrong color they easily let me return it for a Burgundy one. I was worried after other reviews but my experience was very satisfactory

The sweater was poor quality. Tried to return through the site link but it didn’t work, tried to contact with the form - didn’t work, returned the sweater to the shipping address, no response.
Company says they didn’t receive return, won’t refund, currently out $90 with return shipping fee.
Do not buy from this company, they are either incompetent or unscrupulous. Terrible customer service.

I just received a cable turtleneck sweater that I ordered online from CarenCandela. When it arrived (6 weeks after I ordered it), I thought I had made an error and accidently ordered from a different company since the product was so different from how it was advertised on the web site. The color is too dark, the size it too small, the material does not seem to be cashmere are advertised. In fact, the only tag on the sweater is in Chinese. The sweater itself has no tags, not even washing instructions, so the composition of the fibers is a mystery, and there is no obvious front or back to it. I paid the same price I would pay to an U.S. company that would deliver the actual sweater advertised. Do not order from this company. Beware!

I had exactly the same experience. I purchased supposed cashmere sweaters which were mostly acrylic. One pilled so badly after 2 wears I threw it out. The other one was so small that I returned it. The company claimed they never received it back and I hadn't paid insurance so there was no recourse. I would not advise anyone to buy from them.

Placed an online order with Carmen Candela for a supposed cashmere jumper. Payment was in US dollars even though website appeared to quote AUD. This was the worst quality item I think I have EVER purchased online. Straight from China. Would be astonished if it comprised even 1% cashmere. Cheap, shiny, crushed synthetic rubbish! When I complained they told me I had to returned it to the US at my own cost. ($27.00) I ended up receiving a refund (in USD) but will never trust these pop-up Insta ads again.
