Received damaged swimsuit and for 3 days now trying to either 1. get a replacement or 2. pre-paid label for the return of item. Looks like there is 1 person working customer service and not very good at it.

The overall look of the swimsuit is charming but before I could wear it I noticed a hole in the back seam. I have had to take it to be repaired.
Difficult to zip a long back zip on a swimsuit without help.
The bra cups move around and get folded over. So takes awhile to arrange them not to look lumpy.
In all, a cute look but shoddy workmanship.

Product met and exceeded expectations. Order process was smooth, delivery as expected.

I first purchased the black/white version of this suit. It was striking and I receive compliments each time I wear it. So, when it went on sale I decided to try the pink/white one. Equally as striking and such a classy style.

Love the actual suit, but accidentally ordered the wrong color bikini bottom. Called to see if they could ship the rcorrect one right away at the same sale price I originally paid while I was shipping back the incorrect one. Didn't want to wait for my exchange to ship there, then get processed, then have them ship the new one. Other companies are more than happy to do this and let you get it for the original purchase price. They just charge you right away and then refund you when they receive the return. They refused to accommodate this. Said if I did it hat way, I would have to pay full price. So, now I will have to wait a couple weeks I'm guessing to get the correct bottoms. Very disappointed. Suit is beautiful, though.

The fabric was even prettier in person and the quality looked good, unfortunately it did not work for me but don't let that stop you from trying, all bodies are different!

I ordered an item and then was emailed a couple of days later that it was no longer available. Are you not able to keep your website more updated?

Disappointing quality and I ordered two different swimsuits...now I regret terribly...I can see swimsuit not lasting more than a handful of wears since it doesn't seem to have enough elasticity/spandex and are made out of nylon.

I was away for a few days at a lovely resort with my husband. I received so many compliments on my swim suit and cover up from total strangers. I have worn Carmen Marc Valvo dresses for many years. I'll have to start adding swimsuits to my future purchases. Thank youl.
