Awful service, no order, no refund

More than a month ago I ordered a Piet costume from this store for Sinterklaas, and it never arrived. I received a track-and-trace link, but it still says that the package was never handed over to PostNL.
I contacted customer support several times, but they have not resolved the issue. They keep saying there is an investigation going on. I told them I no longer need the Piet costume and just want a refund, but they refused.
No updates, no solution, no package, and no money. Nice.
Awful customer service — I do not recommend this store.

Package sent to wrong post code

I ordered a package that got sent to the wrong postcode. I contacted support and was told I had to go and find the package myself. The homeowner of the adress had not received the package and called support over the phone with me. Support tried to call the webshop but they didnt answer. Support then told us they could not help. Do not use this website, they do not help to resolve issues. Unreliable and unprofessional company.
